Didn't work properly out of the box. Watching any moving picture (stream, downloaded file, etc), the playback would glitch every 5-15minutes. Troubleshooting and terminating all other programs made no change. Disappointing as this is a fairly basic feature. Seems like every Dell I've ever used always has at least 1 unprofessional flaw.

This laptop is good value for the money and will not disappoint. The battery lasts 8-9 hours for basic school work and does not require to be charged at school. The keyboard provides a great typing experience as well.
