I purchased this product due to the description stating "backlight" which is what I wanted, guess what , IT HAS NO BACKLIGHT.

Ide expect better from Dell... only owned it 1 week and it has gone into recovery mode twice. Needs to go back to Dell... pretty unhappy with it!!!
