This bulky utility software allows me to configure various options and actions for three of the five mouse buttons. I understand it also supports bluetooth pairing and firmware updates on several other Dell peripipherals, so perhaps that's why it is so bulky, but I didn't ask for it and didn't want it. I just wanted Windows to configure the default HID Mouse driver and be done with it. Even when I uninstalled DPM, it left behind a 70 MB installer in the Programdata folders that Windows duplicated into the driver store, so now there is 140 MB of extra cruft on my SSD that I'll never get back - all because Dell thought I might like to configure 3 mouse buttons.

smooth operation from the roller wheel to the buttons. No jumping or jerking as the mouse passes over the mouse pad. Nice non-slip grip on the sides and rear also. easy plug and play operation. Over all a great device with no improvement needed

Overall, it works better than my older Dell mouse. I will say the feel of it is more rough plastic than the smooth plastic of my older M-UAV-DEL8 mouse. I think the glide roller for up and down may have worked better on my old mouse, but the mouse roller works better on this one. I got what I needed.

This is a basic, workmanlike mouse. Strangely unintuitive and with more setting options than i was previously aware of. I've moused using my left hand all my computing life (since late 80's) transferring microscopy skills (microscope left, notes right hand) to pc and I have never changed the settings of the mouse before! I'm sure I will tweak the mouse again before we settle. I can draw with a mouse so the track pad alone is not enough for me and my old habits.

Bought the Dell Laser Wired Mouse - MS3220 - Black in mid-Nov 2021. Happy with the mouse purchase and haved used it every day for nearly 2 months. It's a basic mouse model but well-suited to standard office & administrative work. I like the ability to change/select the mouse pointer speed sensitivity, and find that the 2 programmable buttons help with work efficiency. In all, I'd say this mouse model is a very good value-for-money option.

I have a 2019 "Inspiron 3670" DeskTop. The original Mouse "Conked-Out" after ~4 years. I had a back-up Mouse from a small(er) company, which was "Awful" -- so I ordered the Dell MS3220 Wired Mouse. It's "Perfect" (!) The Mouse's "Arrow/Cursor", moves absolutely smoothly and extremely fast, to the Next On-Screen Location(s). Then the "Click" Button(s) and "Scroll" Wheel, perform the(ir) Function(s), absolutley flawlessly! Apparently Dell has (once again!), "Advance(d) Computer Technology", as the MS3220 is "Far Superior" to the original Inspiron Mouse. Thanx-a-Ton, and God Bless Dell!
I purchased this to replace a dead mouse at work. It's a very basic mouse, but gets the job done. I also appreciate the two thumb buttons and the ability to adjust sensitivity from the mouse. In the past, this is a feature I'd only been able to get with gaming mice, and it's nice to have in the office. One more nice feature is the comfortable rubber coated grip on the back end.
Excellent mouse! Smooth and accurate performance. I love it! I have use a few different products over the years but I come back to Dell. I appreciate the reliability as well as the durability of this mouse. I really like that its corded, I can be sure that it will not run down as my cordless mouse. I would recommend this mouse for anyone who is looking to invest in a great product. Oh yeah! the color and design matches my laptop. Can't ask for more than that!
