This is a great product. The reason I only gave it 4 stars, I have a matched keyboard and mouse set, lost my mouse and ordered a new mouse. I find no way to sync the mouse with the current 2.4 g adapter that my keyboard is using. I have been able to sync with bluetooth. Where is the software so I can make this happen?

This mouse is fantastic. I love how you can switch between two Bluetooth devices and one wireless device with a dongle. At work several of us have the mouse and keyboard combo and they are well worth the investment. The mouse and keyboard feels solid unlike some of these other brand that feel like cheaper plastic.

This mouse is just what I wanted. The bluetooth connection was a breeze. The buttons work well and provided more options than I have currently been used to. Going forward or back on webpages is a nice addition. For me, bluetooth is well worth the additional cost, particularly when I travel. I don't want to keep up with additional items to plug into ports.
I recently got the dell wireless mouse, it works very well. Arrives in nice neat packaging. Includes a AA battery, which is inserted into the packaging, not inside the mouse. you easily lift the top off the mouse, and insert the included battery, remove the dongle. Insert the dongle intoyour device, replace the top and go. I was surprised at how lightweight the mouse is, it glides so smoothly, even without a mouse pad. Both my kids used it with their chromebooks, and it worked perfectly. The pages moved a little fast, but that’s something we need to get used to. The mouse is very comfortable to hold, the buttons all click easily. I definitely find this mouse to be better quality than the cheap ones I usually buy.
This mouse works great while it stays working. I use it for my business mouse so it gets used daily. I just had to buy another one because the wheel quit working on my first one after only 6 months of use. The battery outlasted the device :) I did decide to buy another because it is the only one that works with the multi device products and I also have the keyboard. This is definitely a nice feature so that you only have to use one port on your laptop. It is an expensive mouse if I end up having to get a new one every 6 months. I will see how long the second one lasts to see.
I am really loving this new Dell Multi-device Wireless Mouse. I literally had this set up in a matter of seconds! Just plugged in the USB bluetooth adapter & it was up & running. I didn't have to install any drivers or software at all. It's the perfect size for my hand, the wheel scrolls pretty smoothly & it has storage for the USB Bluetooth adapter so you don't lose it. My last wireless mouse was rechargeable but I was having to charge it 1-2 times a week so I wasn't a big fan of that wireless method. The Dell Multi-device Wireless Mouse runs off of one "AA" battery & can run up to 36 months!! And when the battery runs down you don't have to wait for it to charge, you just change the battery. The laptop mouse I purchased has been a valuable addition to my setup. Its ergonomic design fits comfortably in my hand, allowing for extended use without discomfort. I was looking specifically for a Bluetooth-compatible wireless mouse to use with my Bluetooth-enabled desktop and laptop so I wouldn't have to swap dongles around. This mouse paired up just fine with my laptop (BT5.1) but my desktop (BT2.1) couldn't see it: from online research it sounds like it's not compatible with older Bluetooth standards. The workaround was to use the USB dongle in the desktop. This works fine and I don't have to unplug it to use the mouse with my laptop. Problem solved. I'm docking one egg because it seems like it should be simple enough to make it backwards-compatible with all older versions of Bluetooth. Maybe not, but bottom line is it didn't quite work the way I wanted it to and I don't see any warning about this in the documentation.

The ability to pair to multiple devices is neat but I have no use for that feature it's something I could do without. Very comfortable mouse for my large hands. Sides of the mouse have some sort of "rubbery" material, I like the feeling of it kind of increases grip.
