I wanted to ask via the questions spot but it looks like they've disabled that feature. The listing says 65Wh capacity but also 65Ah. Anyone who knows anything about batteries knows Ah ratings depend on the voltage. This product advertises 5v 9v 15v and 20v. You can covert Ah capacity ratings to Wh by multiplying by the voltage. Unfortunately, none of these add up meaning something is wrong. I assume 65Wh is the correct rating because that sounds right for a battery of this size and application which means it would actually be 13Ah at 5v or 3.25Ah at 20v. I just want the highest capacity battery possible but it appears no one really cares about these numbers but me. Please clarify the listing and stop misinforming your customers.

I received the Power Bank Plus, charged it and used it the same day. It works great and compatible with my IPad and IPhone along with my laptop! Was easy to flash to my laptop BIOS. Fits comfortably in the front pocket of my laptop bag. No more worrying about finding a plug-in when I travel.

As someone who’s used power banks for phones, I appreciate having one for my Inspiron 7620 2-in-1 that’s guaranteed to be compatible. While I don’t frequently work away from an outlet, it’s nice to be able to work outside when I feel like it and not worry about draining the on-board battery. And being able to charge both the bank and internal batteries by connecting them in sequence is pretty nifty. Pretty satisfied with the product overall.
