This monitor is really well built considering the price, as expected from Dell. We have Dell monitors at work and they weigh a tonne. Really great build quality.The monitor achieves good brightness levels and has good viewing angles.The only reason for 4 stars is that when it first arrived the panel was quite "dirty", meaning that on a solid background like grey or white there was an uneveness in brightness. I've been alive long enough to know that no panel is perfect and you'll always get some imperfections, but it was quite bad and was noticable even when reading an article online.The good news is that (unless my eyes deceive me) after a few weeks it has cleared up a lot. Fantastic monitors. Crystal clear images and deep vibrant colours. The extra USB's on the side mean I dont have to fish around under the desk to add flash disks or accessories. Stand is easy to adjust and the 90 degree rotation makes portraiat view changes so easy.

We have purchased I believe over 200 of these units so far from here and other sources. These are meant for businesses with longer than a work day of viewing time at a time which should be considered when looking at business systems. We have only had two fail on us in about 3 years' time. That's really good. If your goal is to game or to put one in your home office where you will not use it as much as say a financial analyst working 12+ hours a day looking at screens, then you would be better off with cheaper or quicker monitors. These systems are designed for the medium-large businesses in mind and they just work with no hassle for the people handling business IT needs.
I love these monitors! They picture quality is great! The only downside is that there is a big scratch on one of the stands. That's to be expected when you get refurbished equipment though!
The brightness of the screen is terrible. I just can not send it back because I need it for work and school. Ugghhh

I wanted to have a more bigger display to write code. The cool thing about this product is the rotation feature. The display support 180 degrees rotation. Also, this product have several ports for media serving as hub.
I was looking to buy a monitor to use in a dual setup, with one horizontal and one vertical. I learned that it is unnecessary to match the screen size of the monitors - the vertical monitor can be smaller haha. Still, great monitor.
came with a few minor scuffs and marks on the screen, although none more than expected and you can't notice them when it's on. overall very happy, it's an excellent monitor
