A great productivity monitor.

Great monitor with lots of inputs and KVM functionality with up to 4 separate inputs that you can seamlessly switch while using the same KB/Mouse. Dell display manager makes it easy to split/snap windows into quadruple view to expand your productivity. There's also a pop up front facing USB A and C ports. A single USB C connection that can power (90W) your laptop while outputting the display for clean desk setup. Overall, this is a great productivity monitor. The only downside is it has pretty bad light bleed but that's to be expected from IPS panel.

Beautiful and Big!

The Dell UltraSharp 43 4K monitor is amazing. The screen size is huge! It has a lot of built in technology that makes it easy to use. It has a builtin KVM and USB hub that simplifies having multiple peripherals connected. I have not tested the functionality using the LAN, so I don't have much to add there. Overall, this monitor is extremely versatile and is great at displaying data for people to consume or use it with a gaming conosle for 4k gaming.

Big and beautiful.

Make sure you have lots of desk space for this one! It really is a fantastic display - especially if you have it connected via USB-C and use the built-in hub features. Complicated and bewildering setup - would not recommend
1 April 2023

The concept of combining my four current screens into one, was a sound one - it has cleared loads of desk space, freed up some plug sockets and generally made my home office look much tidier. However, configuring my dell laptop and workstation with this new monitor has been a real challenge. A user guide is available for the display manager software and a separate guide for the monitor - concepts within the guides are not explained and it felt like a guessing game during the setup phase. to get both systems working on this kit. To be fair at the time of writing there is very little in the way of youtube style explainer videos which I often refer to with new pieces of kit. the screen configuration is controlled with a joystick control on the back of the monitor and ... MoreThe concept of combining my four current screens into one, was a sound one - it has cleared loads of desk space, freed up some plug sockets and generally made my home office look much tidier. There is an app available but it has limited functionality. One week in, I am using the monitor with the panel split into 4 screens just through one device, and actually it is a great workflow - I am sure over time I will learn more and be able to configure other devices to connect. Challenges in particular were how to get sound working through the internal speaker on multiple devices and how to switch between the two and t have completely failed to get KVM working.

Dell U4323QE - Excellent LARGE office or multi-use monitor!
19 March 2023

This is a fantastic large IPS monitor. The 43” size allows you to take advantage of the full 4k resolution at 100% scaling. Text is clear and crisp! And even if you partition the screen into 4x 1080p segments, it’s still pretty good! The multi-display input and built-in KVM is really convenient too! This and other monitor settings can be controlled using Dell Display Manager app,as well as the monitor on-screen display itself. One improvement for desktop usage would have been to add a curve, but the advantage of being flat is that you can sit back at the end of the day and watch movies/entertainment as well, essentially replacing a TV (minus the TV tuner). One other downside is that it’s only 60Hz refresh rate, which is pretty low for 2023 standards (so just about ... MoreThis is a fantastic large IPS monitor. Hopefully it will increase in future, but for now its competitors with higher refresh rates (e.g. gaming monitors), don’t do such a great job of productivity/text clarity. It’s also a bit pricey; if you don’t need the built-in KVM, built-in speakers, USB3 speeds or Ethernet port, then you could go for the similar predecessor (Dell U4320Q) which lacks these and is now much cheaper. However, for me these were worth the extra cost (especially built-in speakers for movies, and also built-in KVM, both helped avoid a lot of desk clutter).

Excellent hub and monitor
22 May 2023

I had a 27" Dell hub monitor, but I needed more desktop space. I had a choice between a second 27" monitor or a larger single monitor. Based on my prior experience with a Dell monitor, I knew I wanted a Dell, but what should I get? When I came across this 43" 4K hub monitor, I knew what I wanted to get. When I got it and plugged in the 43" monitor in place of the 27", the switch out the easy because Dell provided the cords I needed. Because the 43" monitor is 4K, I needed to make some adjustments to the settings to get the results I wanted. But, once I did I really came to love this monitor and the capabilities it gives me. Thanks Dell.

Great monitor all around
3 April 2023

Ordered this from work from home and also to double as new home monitor. I have yet to test the KVM / built in hub, but looking forward to that capability. Panel is big and crisp. Out of the box VESA mounts are great - plan on mounting it to the wall to free up some desk space. Love the drop-down USB charger on the bottom of the monitor. A nice to have would be an extra power enabled USB-C port on the back. Support advised me there was only one power port - I have a USB-C powered set of speakers that I'm no longer able to use without plugging directly into my laptop. Not the end of the world, but I was surprised.

Great monitor to improve productivity
10 April 2023

The Dell U4323QE monitor is a great option for those looking to improve their productivity by consolidating multiple monitors into one. The monitor features a large 43-inch display with a 4K resolution, which is great for multitasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously. The built-in KVM switch is a handy feature that allows users to connect and control multiple devices with just one cable. This makes it easy to dock a laptop or other device, reducing cable clutter and making it easier to switch between devices. However, the monitor's low refresh rate and lack of HDR make it less suitable for gaming or other applications that require fast refresh rates and vivid colors. Additionally, its size may require a deeper desk, so users should ensure that they have sufficient space before purchasing.

Great productivity monitor with 2 caveats
22 May 2023

Great productivity monitor but not so much for gaming due to low refresh rate of 60hz and lack of HDR. That's not the reason I gave it 4 stars. It's an office monitor and works great for that purpose except for two things: 1- lack of ambient light sensor; I have to constantly use the little joystick button to adjust brightness/contrast throughout the day. 2- it is too wide to show uniform colors/brightness across the screen especially on left/right edge. I wish it was a bit curved to avoid the shadow on the edges. The USB-C hub is great and saves you $100. Unfortunately, the keyboard/mouse on the USB hub did not work with my Dell PowerEdge server which was the main reason I wanted a USB HUB monitor. Huge screen that supports multiple input options
10 April 2023

This is massive, would be perfect for security console or wall mounted display boards. We are using it in our information security bull pen. Docking station built in that powers 90-watt laptop. however, what makes this shine is the built in 4 panel input that can be selected from the on-screen display. Other view options are available too like three monitors, vertical tiles, horizontal tiles, grid. If you need a large group display monitor this has lots of options for you.
