Firstly, Adorama was great. Good price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service during the return process. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the monitor. Package arrived in good condition and everything was easy to set up. Nice design, good stand, and lots of ports. However, the monitor I received had really bad backlight bleed. It was quite bad in a dark room, but also noticeable in a normally lit environment. This was most likely just an issue with my particular monitor, but something to watch out for if you decide to purchase.

Getting a 2-pack like this made it a no-brainer for me.Right out of the box, the quality was great. Each monitor has it's own QA spec sheet showing the testing done. I did a calibration using my SpyderPRO which toned down the brightness and slightly warmed the temperature (white balance). Showing the before/after after the calibration had been done, the test images showed a difference, but not nearly as drastic as other monitors I've seen calibrated.The detail and clarity is definitely there and a very nice improvement for my detailed photo ... I use this monitor for work with Lightroom for outputting photos to the web, and I calibrate my displays with a Datacolor Spyder 4. In terms of sRGB color accuracy and overall image quality, there is little to complain about, so long as you're willing to go through the effort to calibrate this monitor. People looking for Adobe color accuracy might want to look at more professional offerings available. I can't really speak to performance beyond what I primarily use this monitor for, so please look to other reviews for comments on how it behaves when gaming or watching movies (I generally only watch the occasional YouTube video, which always look horrid in full-screen ... I also can't speak to using this monitor when daisy-chained to another monitor - though it looks like all one needs to do is read the manual to make that work and not hook it up to a Surface Pro 3. (Why anyone would do that is beyond me, anyway.) The only previous complaint that I can give credence to is the slightly non-uniform backlighting across the screen. This appears to be an issue across most large LED displays, regardless of their origins. Even though I mapped the hot/cold spots on my monitor, just to know where they were, the difference overall wasn't great enough to warrant a mention as a con. Most CRT displays weren't perfect in this respect, either, so the fact that it's still an ongoing issue with LCD panels is nothing new to me. Again, overall, this is a fantastic monitor, and certainly a good value.

I made the decision to purchase two of these 23.8" monitor to replace my older dells at home and I am very happy with the set up. The dasiychain feature (DisplayPort 1.2(MST) connectivity) saved me money as I did not have to buy a new docking station (I would've had to if I went with other comparable brands as most I looked at did not support this). Cleared up a lot of space on my desk with a Vesa stand and I was able to toss my older docking station in the garage. I did use the stands which came with the monitors until my Vesa stand arrived and did not have any issues. Very good build quality. Now I switch between my work and personal laptop by just switching the mini display port cable. They look very sleek with the thin border. Everything works flawlessly.
I just realized that only the HDMI connections on the back of the monitors are working not the other normal monitor sockets. My docking station had only 1 HDMI socket and two monitor sockets, I purchased the monitor cables and connected both monitors to the back of the docking station. I purchased the monitor cables and connected both monitors to the docking station they were not responding. My work laptop had a spare HDMI socket which I used to connect the other monitor using an HDMI cable.
Love these screens, and for this price it's a steal! Colours are good, blacks deep, and the minuscule bezel works really well in a multi-monitor setting. I have used the 27" versions elsewhere, and strangely, they're a bit too big for dev work.

Doing a price-feature comparison, this Dell stood out. The deal maker for me was the thin bezel and the decent stand, which provides more than just tilt which cheaper models would be.
