This toaster cooks the toast unevenly, one side gets burnt while the other side is well done. If you turn the flimsy plastic buttons down then it barely cooks the toast. Thin toast dries out quickly. Thick toast turns out ok. Regrettable purchase.
We had this exact toaster bought in the UK for ten years with no problems. Bought the white version to match the kitchen here and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Started playing up on one side, not clicking down without a lot of effort and noise then finally not clicking down at all. Hoping it will be covered by the warranty as it’s under 9 months since we bought it. Not sure i would but another from this brand.

No issues with the functioning of the toaster. Nice & evenly toasted toasts. But, I'll be vary of buying 'White' appliances in the future. Very difficult to clean & maintain.
The toaster is working well but it has scratches that are quite obvious especially it’s white. We can’t return it anymore since they only accept refunds instead of exchanges. It took so long also to arrive. Since we’ve just recently moved to a new place without having any appliances, we’re just not willing to wait for an exchange or not have a toaster.
Terrible! Doesn’t toast evenly. I have to flip the bread around and it will still burn 1/2 of it and leave the other 1/2 completely untoasted. Ruins my morning every time. Want to give this a -5 stars. Don’t bother
We have had this toaster for nearly a year. Definitely not worth the money. Timer doesn’t work and the toast burns. Horrible waste of money
