Pros: Stylish, easy to use and makes a decent coffee. I wouldn't expect the coffee to be as good as one made with a commercial espresso costing thousands of pounds but for an entry level bean to cup machine it is very good.Cons: It struggles if you turn the grinder to the finest grind setting. A bit more crema in the espresso would be good.

My first coffee machine and I would never go back to standard coffee makers. Very convenient to press a button to get coffee just when you want it. Installation was easy, even though the instruction manual seemed really complicated at first. The first descaling was done yesterday and it was really simple with the instructions. I recommend the kettle if you value good and easy coffee. The machine dispenses water from the nozzles before it shuts off and before dispensing the first cup of coffee after opening. At least there are clean nozzles, but maybe a bit overzealous machine in that regard. This has been advertised as quiet and since it is the first coffee machine we have, there is no point of comparison. Yes, the coffee grinder makes such a noise that it wakes up a light sleeper in a small apartment. In our two-room apartment, the sound is loud, but thanks to the sleep gifts, it doesn't disturb you.

Great machine with good coffee and capacity, small enough to fit on the kitchen top with space left.A bit noisy due to the auto-off function being set at 15 min and we have several coffees in the morning but once we got it to 3 hours it doesn't make noise as often.

Easy to make decent espresso drinks with this integrated machine. Encapsulated grinder makes this very clean. There are enough options to tweak the strength and flavor to make good coffee. I know from past experience with this model that it is reliable.
Pros: After 13 happy years with an earlier machine, I was pleased to find this one is even better and more compact. And it cost less! It’s easy to use, the coffee is hotter and the grounds container doesn’t need emptying quite as often.Cons: It uses water quickly so the tank needs filling frequently.
Pros: To be honest, this is an entry level bean to cup machine. Having said that, the build quality, functions and results punch well above its weight and it can easily compete with more expensive machines. This is a well made, solid machine. Setting up from the box takes a little time - it’s not hard, just take time to read what to do and spend the time to do it. For me, I like strong black coffee, the machine offers every thing I need at a high quality level. Options for drinks are very good and what’s more, you can adjust size, strength and temperature of each preset drink. I don’t use the wand much, but guests seem to be extremely happy with the drinks they are offered. The bean chamber is a sensible size and doesn’t need to be constantly refilled. Overall, money very well spent on a very good machine.Cons: Rather than criticisms, these are a bit of a cheeky big ask for a machine in this price range! 1.It would be superb if there was an option to plumb in to a water supply. 2. There needs to be a ‘continue/ memory’ mode when the water runs out half way through making a coffee. At present, you have to start a new cup from the beginning after refilling the tank. Being able to continue filling from where you left off would be good. 3. Or perhaps a warning light to let you know there’s not enough water for your selected drink? But to be honest, it’s not hard to keep an eye on the water level before you start. It is still a superb machine.
The machine is terrific, easy to use and setup, clean, brewing selection , intensity, temp, 1 or 2 cup bree self clen cycle, bean hopper vg, brew ground coffee bypass is great, and milk froth . Water fill and grind in front of machine maked it easy ! Buying factory refurbished A rated, with warranty was a nice savings for a like new machine., I could not tell it was in anyway refurbished. It was in original box, just perfect. Love the unit. And ots small footprint. Just read description and reviews, and go for it.
Pros: Very flexible, and makes coffee exactly as we want itCons: Says it has facility to set local water hardness but nowhere does it tell you how in the instructions! We eventually worked it by thinking about some of the other options. This a serious oversight!
this is my 3rd espresso machine since 1994, and I always bought Gaggia, however after having nothing but issues with the last machine (Anima) I decided to go to a different make. My brother in law has had his Magnifica for a few years and has had no issues, so I'm giving it a try.
All the reviews I've read were pretty positive, but I like to keep my expectations a little realistic. I didn't really know what to expect from this machine. Set up took me about 15 minutes and, of course, I brewed a coffee right away. First one was meh, but I didn't really read through the user guide or anything. So after I did, I brewed another and the coffee started tasting really, really good. It took me about maybe 10 cups of coffee to figure out exactly how I like my coffee brew settings. Now, every cup is pretty darn amazing! I finally put the keurig away as it's no longer needed. Taste wise - the coffee is excellent. But that'll depend on the coffee beans that you use. Brewing a cup takes maybe 30 seconds. If you like hot coffee, you'll want to go through ... MoreAll the reviews I've read were pretty positive, but I like to keep my expectations a little realistic. If you like hot coffee, you'll want to go through the user guide to set the water settings to "hottest" - not hard to do. The best thing I like about the machine is that you can have one type of coffee been in the machine (for fresh grinds), but you can have a different kind of freshly ground coffee and brew that using the little slot at the top of the machine. So oftentimes I make a "half caff" coffee with ease. For the price, you're getting a top notch coffee maker. I, myself, was hesitant at spending 500$+ for a machine, but I totally think it's worth it. Neverhad a coffee maker make such excellent coffee. If you're like me and live on cccccoffee, get this already!
