I’ve owned this one since 2017 the one before that didn’t have the pull lever and only lasted three years. I think this one is so simple and basic less can go wrong with it.

Contacted the retailer who arranged for a courier to collect the machine and a second courier to bring a replacement. Guess what! I bought this to replace my old machine that I had for at least 10 years. Probably longer actually. If you look after these - cleaning and descaling, they last really well. This one is great, it’s a lot quieter than my old one which is good first thing in the morning. I would recommend this one if you can’t afford the latest models (which I couldn’t at the time).
Awesome machine. Takes a good range of coffee pods with different flavours. Makes coffee in a couple minutes and makes the kitchen smell like a cafe! The only negative would be the loudness of the machine but the quality and ease of cleaning and coffee outweighs this con. Highly recommend.
The coffee is good, and it's the same just like any other Nespresso. The milk frother was a bit of a disappointment, since it doesn't froth a lot, it heats the milk but nothing much.

After researching different coffee machines and wether or not to grind beans I decided to go with pods. After a few trials and errors my husband and I have nailed making the best coffees we love! Ever so easy and lovely tasting coffee that tastes like cafe coffee! 😃
This is the 4th coffee pod machine I have owned and unfortunately it is the noisiest. It has been extremely noisy since day one. I even put a clean through it in case something was blocking it but this has made no difference.
