Delivery came in 2 days. Really fast especially through covid. We unpacked and got the unit going. It cools fine and is portable. We went to install the window kit and only found the part that goes into the back of the machine, the tube and then a funnel for the window end. There wasnt any flat part to fit into the window so that the rest of the window is closed off. We thought it strange but was confirmed by Delonghi that it simply doesnt come with one.
This product is perfect for a home setting, as the colour and noise level is awesome! Stays quiet and blends in, whilst circulating air in the room.
