The product itself is great so definitely check it out, but PLEASE purchase it through someone other than The Good Guys. I ordered this product in mid-April and received it at the end of June, with no communication from The Good Guys about why the product was delayed. They don't even provide a phone number so you can follow up on the order, so I called The Good Guys Artarmon where I was told "I've got a lot of orders like this. It should come in the next 2 weeks", which it didn't. Absolutely terrible communication and the cherry on top was that they offered me $20 on my next purchase as compensation. I won't be buying from The Good Guys again - would prefer not to wait months for a product I need now!

Humidity is gone! This little unit takes care of those awful sticky humid days and leaves my aching joints feeling so much better! Suffering from arthritis which is exacerbated by humid days this humidifier is perfect! Great size and low on running costs, right price and awesome delivery service 😁

It is easy to move around, quiet when working and has efficiently drawn moisture from the air non-stop since getting it. Every time I turn around it is full again and I can feel a change in the rooms humidity immediately. It is now set to maintain the room at 45% humidity so it kicks on by itself when needed. Couldnt recommend more, a very good purchase.
I knew we had a humidity issue with everything feeling damp and sticky, clothes getting mouldy when in the wardrobe. I couldn't keep up with refilling our many tubs of damp rid. We have had amazing results with this little machine. Over 32 hrs it removed 9 ltrs of water from 3 bedrooms. The entire house feels much fresher, no more sticky floors and hopefully no more mouldy clothes. Easy to move from room to room.
This model states it can also help with Drying of Clothings when the Drying icon is activated, but in fact, of little help. Moving it from room-to-room with carpet floorings, is difficult and water also spills doing so. The machine is louder than expected.I would like to obtain a printed copy of a manual for this model in just English only. But find speaking to a person at the DeLonghi Head Office in Sydney is impossible.
Had this product for a week and loving it. We actually bought this one and the 25l version on the same day. This smaller one does the back of the house which is 4 rooms and seems to be handling it well. You can't see what the humidity level is with this model but it is very easy to use. We just have it set on level 2 which I think is 50% humidity. Water tank is very easy to remove and place back in. This is a great product and we would not hesitate to recommend it to people. We have already let our daughter know who is going to purchase one.
This is a relatively light weight unit that allows me to move it around the house. I am so amazed at the amount of moisture if pulls from the different rooms. We have an older style home that has been prone to musty smells in some of the rooms, this unit has been great in pulling the moisture out and consequently leaves the rooms fresh with no musty smell. So Happy with this unit as I have tried numerous things to eliminate this problem, with no success, up to now.
I bought this (about half the price of some other retailers), so easy to use, 4 settings, amazing how much water I get out of this considering I never thought I had a damp home, since using this I have used my heater so much less as it really makes the room warmer. I shift it around the rooms daily and water my plants with the water it makes. Appliances online deliver so quick, no issues there, would totally buy from them again.
The only good thing is it does function as a dehumidifier. Bought since it's supposed to be quieter than others. Turns out the noise level is indeed as low as stated but only when it is idle. Once the fan kicks in, noise level is the same as the other bigger delonghai one bought 7 years ago. Then the build quality is questionable, as the fan outlet soon starts to vibrate with compressor and makes it even more noisier. Cherry on top is when I took back to DJ for replacement or return, I was told to contact delonghai directly for a return code, because it has been used. DJ used to be good at looking after customers, not any more. Good reason for customers to stay away from both brands I guess.
