I actually own three of these suitcases, two in this color, and another in white. Now as with most suitcases they get thrown around and get scuffed up a bit, but I would say these ones hold up pretty well! In addition to that, they also hold a ton of stuff, and give ample room for anyone who might need it. They also just look very nice when walking around an airport, they kind of carry an air of luxury around them. These suitcases also have a button near the handle, which locks the wheels making it hard to move the suitcases (think anti-theft), which is a feature I adore. Really love my Delsey suitcases and would highly recommend!!

A must buy!!

I've used my new Delsey Chatelet Air 21 inch suitcase for 9 flights in just under a month. First: IT'S REALLY PRETTY! I got compliment after compliment across the country. Second: It maneuvers like a dream with one hand. Third: It's made with polycarbonate, so it is very light. It got some scratches or marks at the 5th trip but it was alright. Fourth: All the zippers are strong and easy to slide. For the price, I absolutely love it and the pink color makes me happy! I'd buy it again. And might just go get the matching check in luggage. Absolutely in love!

This carry-on piece of luggage is an absolute dream. Although I have not used this for traveling yet, from the onset, the appearance is luxurious and lovely in color (chocolate brown). The zippers feel heavy duty and open smoothly and also have the ability to be locked. The USB plug is convenient but wish for the price tag, the powerbank actually came with the luggage. The inside compartments were large enough for a few days worth of travel and I loved the soft feel of the material used. Amazing details and quality

This suitcase is amazing! The attention to detail is phenomenal. First, the outside is beautifully designed with the brown and cream colored white that gives it a rich feel. Second, the wheels roll like a knife through butter! So very smooth it is amazing. Third, the inside is full of such great detail. A pouch and connecting cables to include your power bar for your phone in your suitcase so you can easily charge it. Fourth, the interior is lined with a wonderful fabric that is red orange color which makes it easy to see things. Plus the interior includes a slim hanger and pouches for shoes or other things. Just an amazingly beautiful and high-quality piece of luggage!!!

Could not recommend this brand more! I own the backpack and carry on spinner and have taken them on countless trips with me. The back pack can fit a laptop, iPad, and two books simply in the back pouch. An outfit, 2 pairs of shoes and my clutch in the main zipper and chargers in the front. It came with a stunning matching pouch and lock. The carry on spinner is durable with an added layer of elegance. It has held up against travel 'abuse' and I get so many complements at the airport. It came with a travel hanger, two garment bags, and a USB plug. The backpack has also doubled for a work bag and the spinner I love for overnight trips even when traveling by car. High quality at an affordable price. You need this!

Durable life long luggage

I absolutely love this suitcase! It has four wheels, four not two. The handle is retractable and sturdy, exterior of suitcase is built well and looks sturdy. Inside is a nice zippered area that holds one side of clothing in and the other has elastic straps. The exterior includes a USB port for charging devices on the move. I can't wait to use it! Very happy with this selection and the case being polycarbonate makes it more durable. Great carry-on travel case.

I love Delsey Luggage!

I gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t have the zipper cover on both sides. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew that. I was kind of bummed that only one side of the interior has the zipper cover when I recieved it. I just bought this one but I’ve had my Delsey luggage in the white color for almost 10 years and it’s the best! The ones I own (plus a carry on in white) all have the the zipper covers on both sides of interior which I love! In case anyone is wondering, the white ones don’t get as dirty as you’d expect but also, you can wipe it down and most of the dirt comes off unless they are scratches which it doesn’t scratch easily! Great quality luggage and I get complements on them all the time.

Luggage that stands out!

I purchased the Chatelet carry on and medium trunk in brown. This is stylish luggage. Looks sturdy. Only one trip so far. No significant damage noted to the trunk. Will see how it holds up to the baggage handlers. My only negative is that it isn’t entirely waterproof ( I guess in the zip area). It rained heavily at both ends of my trip and my clothes got wet.Also I am wondering whether a collapsible hanger should have come with the trunk.

Overpriced

Luv the color, stylish. I bought this to go with the make up case that I bought several months back. I took it for the first time on a flight. Once it arrived I tried to contact customer service because the wheels were tiny, and as I thought, when I was on the flight, running to my connections, the wheels kept getting caught in the escalator, and then certain parts of a flat floor, which then caused the make up case strap to break and the make up case to fall off the suitcase also, the leather on top of the handle just from my hand seemed to rub off. I purposely use it as a carry-on as when you throw your luggage down the hall, I could only imagine the damage it would do. I clicked the link for Customer Service and it brings me a blank screen.
