It is a nice relief for your wrist. 2 weeks of use, i do not find my wrist having the same pains I used to have. I would say it definitely helps. However I find it difficult to adjust to the right position, moving my right hand between keyboard and mouse. After 2 weeks, still find that i have to spend the extra 1-2 seconds to position my hand correctly. I think this will work well if you keep your hands on your mouse much more and type less. I also find the glide on my desk mat (orbitkey) not as smooth compared to directly on the desktop. Your experience may vary, depending on the desk mat you use or don't use.
