My kids love playing with it - we all do as a family. Originally when the product came, it was missing a part. I called and the service was very friendly and quickly mailed out the missing part.

I bought this for my girls and their Dad to use when safer at home began. They've just used it for about 3 weeks when one of the strings from one racket broke. So my daughter uses the other one since it comes with 4 inside the bag. After another 2 weeks, the other racket that my husband was using broke its strings too. And they were not even playing really hard, just the regular hit and miss. So we are down with 2 rackets. After 3 months of use and summer is not even over, all strings from all 4 rackets are broken. Now their Dad bought another set from a different brand, hoping this will be better than Champion brand.
The net is fine. The tape on the handles fell off upon opening the cellophane they were wrapped in and the shuttlecocks were smashed so they didn't fly as they should.
Received set, but disappointed in quality of parts. End poles do not seem as strong as needed for durability, and netting looked very cheaply made, and did not look like it would stand up to extended playing or exposure to hot sun.
