For someone with German background it is very difficult to find decent bread unless you live in a metro area. I therefore bake our own bread. I use the Organic Whole Rye Flour regularly with excellent results.

I am not in a position to rate your goods because they still have not been delivered. I have already complained to the shipping company and have not received any update regarding the estimated delivery date, which is showing as 16 December in their tracker. I would suggest you reconsider the freight company that you use…

Being from northern Europe real rye bread is hard to find so I make my own. 36 hour sour dough. And the only place to get rye flour at a reasonable price.
