When my kid first got these they were super excited. Loves the look and said they were comfortable after the first couple wears. Then after having them for about a month and only wearing them 6 or so times they mentioned the straps were coming apart. Sure enough the straps on both sandals are coming undone. The stitching is coming apart. I contacted customer support and they totally took care of us. So 5 stars for customer support and 3 for the shoe. I read others reviews and so far no other complaints so maybe we got a bad pair. I am reordering a new pair so hopefully this won’t happen again.

These are high quality shoes, you absolutely do get what you pay for. They are heavier, which I was not expecting, but they are comfortable once you get used to the extra weight! The ankle strap is Velcro which I was hesitant to like, but it honestly adds to the comfort of the shoe because it is so adjustable. These go with everything in my closet I’m obsessed and I feel so badass in these!

I really like how sturdy these shoes are. They fit snug on my feet and don't slip or flop around when I walk, nor do I feel like im going to twist my ankle every three seconds(I never feel that with these at all actually, I'm impressed!!) The spider jewel is great quality metal and the leather feels great whether it's faux or not :) The soles are slightly cushioned which I thoroughly love! I'm very happy with my purchase and will be making another one soon! Only thing that could be improved upon is the dust bags they give you. The shoes themaelves come in great individual slips but the dust bag itself is too small to truly fit both shoes without scuffing them up sadly. Love the bag if it was bigger!! :)

So I settled on these!If you aren't used to walking in platform sandals or clogs, they do take a little time to adjust, but they're by no means uncomfortable.These shoes are also what I like to refer to as "April proof", which means they pass the clutz test. I'm a clumsy person by nature, so the slight tapering of the platform really helps me not take a bad step.Now because they're sandals, they do require a little more ankle strength than boots, but the longer you wear them, the easier they will be to walk around in.One last interesting discovery is that I found my feet to be on the larger side of size ten, and these sandals actually felt slightly big on me. I can not get over these shoes. I live in the south so I needed a good pair of sandals for the summer and these are perfect. I got them in a week ago and have worn them every day since. The strap is velcro which i didn't expect (that's on me for not reading the description) but it makes it so much easier to just slip these on! Plus since the platform and heel are so thick its easy to walk in them! I was worried the spider buckle would make it hard to match with outfits but it honestly just adds to it no matter what style I am going for. All in all 10/10!!!
These are the cutest platform sandals I've ever purchased. These are my third pair of Demonias and they're just as comfy as the others. All goth girls need these! True to size.P.s. also love/appreciate the little gifts from Vampire Freaks in the box!
I really like these shoes! They fit nicely and the strap is velcro so nicely adjustable without the worry of the strap around your ankle not properly fitting. Though with all demonias I recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
I usually wait to visit a shop that carries Demonias before purchasing due to the vast differences in sizing amongst models. I had tried the Camel-17 on at a shop. I couldn't buy it because I had already purchased the Swing. I can say one thing about these sandals as someone who hates them. I walk long distances in these sandals. You don't really have to break in to them. A small band-aid will do the trick if needed. I don't have anything bad to say about these sandals for now. I also must say that I live in NYC and my only means of transportation is the subway and I have no problem walking in them as they have wide soles. Very hard to trip or twist your ankle in them.
so i definitely love the look of these shoes they’re so cute 😻 my feet barely fit in the shoes tho. they’re the right length just my feet are a little too wide to fit in. i usually get a size 8 but i bought a pair of sandal type shoes before in a size 8 and they were way too big. i made them work for prom tho 🥰
