I found this product medioka. Says it's supposed to heat up but do not vigorously rub but I found it if I didn't rub a little bit too warm it up it didn't warm up.
This stuff is the real deal. I wear a glove to put it on. Do not get it on sensitive skin like the back of your knee. I use this on my lower back & it is amazing!
