The underwear was super comfortable to wear, especially in our hot and humid summer weather. I didn’t sweat at all wearing the product. It’s a lot more breathable than regular cotton undies and a large pad which often slips out of place. The built in pad is terrific and holds a large amount of fluid. I used these mostly at night when I have larger leakages. I was surprised at how effective they were. I highly recommend this quality product and will be purchasing in the future.

As a caregiver to my elderly mother, Depend Real Fit Regular Incontinence Underwear has been found to be quite depend-able option...She has found it quite comfortable and felt confident going out and about with them. It has quite an unobtrusive design, great absorbency, snug fit, and actually masks a lot of the odor that other brands have not helped with.Overall it's a great choice for those who need these products or have family that do!

I found when putting on the pants about 30% of the product supplied ripped at the top when trying to pull them up. In order not to waste the product I wore normal underpants over them. I had to be very gentle & slow putting them on & it was difficult when the weather was humid. I found they were ok everyday with small leakages but if I had larger leakage I found it leaked on the sides of the pant, leaking onto my clothes. I think they maybe ok for smaller woman but I think the product needs to more stronger for larger ladies. Not being inexpensive it becomes an issue to continually rip the pant. I also think a higher waist would be better for larger ladies.

Depends are a Greta brand in my opinion. They were absorbent without being too thick. They were comfortable for all day wear although they did tend to bunch up a little bit by the end of the day, but I found they didn't do it anywhere near as much as some other brands I have used in the past. There was no ammonia/ urine smell with this product like I have also had with other brands I have used in the past. As long as you change them fairly quickly after having a urine accident there was no problems with them becoming thick or uncomfortable. Over all I was very happy with the product and would definitely buy and use them instead of my regular brand.
Firstly, I have never used an incontinence product previously without any leakage at all. I often experience a little side leakage but none at all the whole time that I was trialling the product. And the comfort and fit were like real underwear, I frequently forgot that I was wearing disposable underwear. I am very impressed with product and will definitely look to purchase it. Ideal for those occasions when you want 100% assurance in a product!
My client with an intellectual disability and autism wears these and they are great for absorption etc however they have started to cut into the side of her leg. I am not sure if the design of these pads have been changed or modified as she has actually been wearing these for a couple of years now! She has also lost weight recently yet they seem tighter now. She wears the XL but unfortunately we don't have the option to go up a size. We are also in a predicament as she refuses to wear the standard white pads but now we are going to have to try and make her wear them as we are going to have to stop buying these. I am really hoping either a bigger size is released or something is modified to stop them cutting into the hip area.
Received this 8 Pack Depend Real Fit regular underwear with heavy absorbent to test. I must say i was very impressed they certainly do not look or feel like other products on the market. The underwear section is soft and comfortable stretchy and cotton with elastic waist, it truly felt like my normal underwear. The gusset area was slightly padded not big and bulky like others where you felt like wearing a nappy but they where great for absorbent would certainly buy these again and I even recommended these to my urologist to show other patients, highly recommend.
These pants are mostly good but do have some negatives. They are a good fit and very comfortable and discreetHowever, they do tend to tear very easily and if you do have an event they are not so discreet then as the gelinside forms into clumps. This could be rather embarrassing if wearing leggings or tighter trousers.On the whole more pros than cons and I would buy again. Maybe the company could look into improving things though.
I am a size 18-20 and was a little concerned that the underwear would be too tight. Not at all - a perfect snug comfortable fit. The cotton feel of the construction part of the pants was breathable and soft on the skin. I have very sensitive skin and I wore this product comfortably both during the night and hot humid summer days. I felt a lot more comfortable during the day wearing this product as opposed to wearing pads. The only small downside was I felt that the liner was not as absorbent as wearing normal pants and a pad. Terrific for day wear as so great to be able to take from the package and is ready to wear without having to fiddle with pulling of paper strips. I definitely recommend this product and will purchase in the future.
I am a size 12 to 14 and this fit perfectly snug on me. It was very comfortable to wear. I wore it at home and to sleep. If I was to wear this outside, I would either wear it under a loose dress or under jeans, I don’t think I’ll wear it a tight dress or leggings. It is very absorbent and doesn’t feel icky to it. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has bladder leakage or even for heavy periods and as maternity pads.
