Young or old time to time all of us has a blemish popped up and we need something that gonna help to get rid of it quickly. Surprisingly this anti-blemish sulfur spot treatment works very good and very fast. Absorbs excess oils and sebum. Contains clarifying tea tree oil, salicylic acid and niacinamide which helps reduce the redness. Very easy to use just dip cotton swab into pink sediment at the bottom of the bottle and then place directly on breakouts. Do not shake the bottle before application ! This little bottle last fooorever ! Dermatologists recommended. Cruelty free, vegan, no parabens, no mineral oils, no artificial fragrance.

Amazing product

I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews. Also my skin is very sensitive so it reacts to products rather severely, usually with acne if my skin doesn't likes it. But it basically cuts your pimples in half or causes them to go flat. More effective than the pimple patches I've been using. Glad I found this, I moved from the south to the northeast and my skin is freaking out, I needed this.

Effective and cheap

This spot treatment works great for the price. I have really bad acne, but I have seen it's getting better, but I don't see major changes for a few days. I think salicylic acid can sting a little, and this product is no different, but it's not bad. I don't like that I need to use a cotton swab to reach the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. The cotton swab barley reaches, and as I use this up I think I'm going to have to purchase cotton swabs that are longer, so I recommend purchasing some to apply this treatment from the get go.

Excellent!

This liquid combination is amazing! I use a cotton tip to apply it on my pimples. This need not be shaken before use as the calamine lotion at the bottom should not be mixed with the moist liquid at the top. This bottle comes sealed with plastic. There is a milks calamine scent to it. You will feel a tingly sensation upon application. Although the bottle is small, it can last forever! Good quality and an affordable price.

Great affordable alternative to Kate Somerville

Works very well! I have not paid for the Kate Somerville product, but a cleaner and affordable alternative. Wonderful spot treatment! This helps shrink, dry, and reduce redness overnight. Has worked well on bigger angry pimples on my chin from face masks as well as smaller oily spots or redness and more mild breakouts alongside my nose. Highly recommend giving it a try before paying double for a very similar product. I like the natural additives in this product and that it's colloidal sulfur not just sulfur. Not sure how that may impact effectiveness between the two, but give this a go before putting out the extra bucks.

Great for middle age AND teenage skin in our family!

Often has to use every night due to the amount of acne but doesn't mind the smell (a bit antiseptic) and likes to make fun of how she looks like a polka dot monster when applying it due to calamine lotion. 2- Teen uses other product lines including some Derma E. Has light acne with specific areas of concentration on forehead and edges of nose with sensitive skin which has caused her to rely on a fairly simple list of beauty items. Notes that it works well and gives it 4 strong stars. The down side for her is that it doesn't look fab after applying when the powder pink calamine lotion appears like polka dots but appreciates that it works and she knows the next morning that she'll wake to clearer skin. 3- Dad notes it works and is best when the wife tells me I need it and applies it. Only needs to use it randomly and usually after a food binge. Likes that it can get down to the skin through his light beard. Unlike acne lotions that get caught up in facial hair. 4- Momma: I love the simple ingredients. The sulphur especially as I knew it would increase the effect. Not over drying on my meno skin and I like the clean smell. Appreciate witch hazel zing at first moment of applying. 5 ⭐️

Secret weapon against acne!

I am obsessed with this!! I tend to get hormonal acne and it's super painful. I got this about the same time I was having a flare up. I couldn't see the breakouts yet but I could feel them, and I could tell they were going to be big. The whole area was tender and sore. One on my jaw line especially, it hurt even to chew.I got this and used it after cleansing. Put it on as directed and went to bed. By morning EVERY spot was gone!! No pain, no redness, nothing! It was like they were never even there! I'm amazed! I reach for it every time now. Can't live without it!

The potency is real!

Ok, so! I wanted to give this a good one month trial to see a significant difference. However, with just almost 1 week I began to see some difference! I applied it during the day simply because I don't like leaving new products on my face overnight. (I like to make frequent check-ins!) I had some active breakouts, regular and cystic. Upon applying this product I noticed that it went on smooth and in a few minutes it turned dry to a hard cast. I usually remove it after about 8 hours of wear and noticed the redness really went down and it was less irritating. Overall, I feel that this is a good product to reduce redness, calm the skin, and truly minimize oil on the surface it's applied on. I also have sensitive skin and my skin had no issues! My daughter and I both used this on stubborn acne clusters that have been annoying us for months on end. After using this treatment we BOTH saw immediate results after an overnight treatment and our annoying little clusters were GONE after 3 days of nightly use. Amazing :) Please note that this is a topical treatment that is meant to be applied in small, troublesome areas as a nightly application. Also, make sure that you do not shake the bottle and that you leave the pink sediment at the bottom. dries it out

I've been one to struggle with acne. Still do. I love putting spot treatment on because I feel like it helps specifically with troubling pimples. I have used a competitors drying lotion and found that it really didn't do much except make the issue worse. I like this sulfur treatment because it dries out my acne and lessens the irritation and "swollen" feeling. I don't mind the pink color because I use it at night and it only makes me confident since my acne is covered up. The only thing I don't like is how little of the sulfur part you actually get. I feel like I went through a lot of the pink part and there was tons of the alcohol left. I dumped some of the alc out. Not a big deal. Overall, will be buying again.
