Beautiful for dry skin but is a bit thick and oily. Burns on my very dry sensitive skin so I switched to Dermal Sensitive Skin lotion - use it all over (including face) and its light, not oily and moisturises beautifully! Dermal is just the best!

Love this product. I've since bought it several times. I use it multiple times a day and it has restored my dry winter skin to normal. Very easily absorbed, it doesn't feel like it's going to work but it really does!

This is the best hand cream I’ve d et used. I’m a nurse and am constantly washing or sanitising my hands. I was beginning to get split dry skin around my nails but having several tubes of Dermal Therapy in my pocket/handbag/car/home I’m able to apply it frequently and it’s made all the difference to my skin.
Bought this for my husband who suffers from terrible weatherbeaten hands especially after working in the garden and during the really cold winter months. He loves using it, it has made such a difference to his poor suffering hands and I love using it too! You see and feel immediate effect.
Having a non-greasy and soothing feel this hand balm containing urea I would recommend to anyone with old , extremely dry hands .

I have Type 1 Diabetes which leaves me with dry skin, my hands are the worst. I have tried many creams and lotions, but they weren't up to the job. I tried Dermal Therapy hand balm yesterday and again last night and this morning my hands look and feel so much better already. The dry skin which was starting to crack and become sore is almost gone. I didn't have to use much of the balm, it absorbed quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feel to my skin. I am so pleased that I purchased this hand balm, I will definitely be buying it again. I recommend it.
