This is wonderful for foot psoriasis, I rub this in well & put a wet sock on and the relief is instant. Takes heat and itch away & hydrates the skin. I highly recommend this product.

Cracked heels disappeared

This stuff is amazing. I used the heel balm as directed on the packaging as well as used a pumice stone and the deep cracks I had in my heels have completely gone! I’ve tried every other brand and they didn’t work.

Immediate results

I realised that my heels were cracking a little especially coz it’s winter. It was dry and rough and that’s when I started researching. I went through all the products and it’s reviews and decided to try this. It worked! It really did and I’m not paid to put this review, I actually bothered to write this so that others with the same issue can sort out cracked heels. I applied this the first day, wore socks and in the morning it was so much better. I’m continuing to apply this and every day it seems more smoother. Highly recommend this

This cream actually does what it says! Finally something that really works. I will definitely buy more, dry skin around my feet and heels was noticeably softer after one use.

My hands have suffered terribly with all the extra washing and sanitising and the usual hand creams weren’t doing much. Started slathering this on at night with a pair of cotton gloves over the top and it saved them from being red and cracked with very dry cuticles to being lovely and soft.

Spakfilla for my heels!

I have used other products that were much more watery and greasy than this product. I really like that it is thick and I can see it filling in the fissures of my heels. Although it proclaims you will have visible results in 1 day, in my case it is more 2-3 days.I love this stuff!

The Best Cream I've Ever Used

This cream is honestly the BEST! I have suffered with cracked and dry heels for a long time and nothing really kicked it and improved back to normal. Except this heel balm. I could not recommend it more highly. It took two weeks to go from fissures and cracked heels to smooth again. It's great stuff

Visible results after a day.

Exactly as what packaging says, visible results within a day. Cream is quite thick. Recommend wearing socks to speed up the healing and to avoid smudgy footprints on hard flooring from the thick cream. I also have to wash my hands after applying, as it leaves a chalky texture.

WORKS WELL!!!

I have tried all the others but for the last 3 years Ihave used Dermal Therapy. I suffered from serverley cracked & unsightly heels,making walking very painful.
