I started getting terrible hormonal acne that was irritated by working in healthcare during the pandemic and constant irritation from masks. I have terrible acne scarring and would often find myself with super painful cystic acne in my late 20ās. This serum and system changed my life. I have the most radiant, smooth, and acne free skin Iāve had in probably 10 years. Iām so thankful for discovering this serum and the rest of the active clearing system! I would recommend to anyone that also struggles with hormonal/adult acne

After receiving 4 samples I bought a bottle for my 14yo daughter. Since 2020 she has suffered with bad acne. Which after using various Dermalogica products is reducing but she has been left with a lot of dark red pigmentation, scarring, etc. So although her skin feels smooth to touch it still looks like she is suffering with acne. After using the 4 samples the results spoke for themselves. Her skin looks less angry. The marks have now reduced substantially. It's the best her skin has looked in a few years, she got spots early . She may be 14 and this product is targeted at older age groups due to the anti aging, but it works for her and I'm grateful she feels better in her skin. All her products are Dermalogica.

This product has been a game-changer for my acne-prone skin. I have long-standing acne in my chin region (deep and painful bumps, not superficial whiteheads) and after using this product once a day for a couple of weeks, it has brought a lot of my deep acne bumps to the surface as whiteheads so they can be extracted. My acne-prone chin region is much smoother in the areas that this serum has worked its magic on so far. Given the nature of the product, it does dry my skin out, so Iām diligent about moisturizing well after applying the product. The anti-aging ingredients are an added bonus. Highly recommend for stubborn adult acne!

I absolutely love this serum! I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin and this serum has drastically improved both the look and feel of my skin. It has evened it out a lot, and has helped to significantly decrease the amount of acne I have. It also lasts a really long time, which makes it worth the price. My husband also uses the product and after a few days, even his skin was more clear. It also has a really lightweight feel, so it works well under makeup too.
I was going through an intense breakout period for over 2 months and tried many things from beekman to sunday riley, this serum changed my skin. I bought it 3 times and plan to continue buying it. It clears skin up fast but also takes time to completely clear everything up if youre trying to get perfect skin. Its hydrating and the perfect serum for acne. I used it with their daily microfoliant, biolumin vitamin c serum and finished up with their intensive moisturizer and my skin has transformed. Definitely give this a try be patient for at least a month but you will quickly see results. I used it after I had unknowingly damaged my skin barrier and its gentle on my skin but clears it up.
I LOVE this product. I used it consistently from about 2019 until June this year when I incorrectly assumed this product was breaking me out. I had stopped using it & my acne instantly became cystic again, I was breaking out EVERYWHERE. Turns out I just needed to change my face wash & I quickly started using this again. I've been using it day & night for about 4 days now & my skin is no longer inflamed, irritated, my breakouts have reduced by half & the blemishes I do have are healing, and the scarring is already fading. After struggling with years from stress-related acne, I've boiled my skincare routine down to a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, spf and this serum + the occasional pimple sticker to deal with active pimples.I have pretty sensitive and reactive skin. I found this information belongs through a blog called āethical elephantā ( I couldnāt find this information on the website so I did a little research) that by the year 2020 that 90% of its packaging will be eco-friendly & that its leaping bunny certified & vegan friendly. However some of Dermalogica products are not vegan so please check out her blog. I do wish that Sephora & Dermalogica had this in the description.
