I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! Dermalogica Multivitamin Power Firm

This is incredible - I’m in my late 40s and my eye area was really starting to look tired so I’d been looking to upgrade my eye care. I took a chance on this and so glad I did, my eye area looks five years younger (if not ten). My top eyelid had started creasing and I had quite deep lines forming under my eyes - these have now smoothed out. Only downside is the formula isn’t very moisturising and the texture is a bit odd, it’s silky. I have sensitive skin which is prone to eczema flare ups at times but this hasn’t caused any reactions at all. The tube didn’t last that long but I’m being generous with my usage. Would very much recommend though.

Excellent for sensitive skin

I've tried many different eye creams and this is the only one which hasn't left my eyes stinging on application or afterwards. I don't have many visible lines or loose skin around my eyes so i cant soeak to its firming properties, but the overall texture of my skin in this area had improved since using this in a month. Highly recommended.

Great eye cream

I recently stopped using another eye cream because it started to burn & made the skin around my eyes flaky & puffy. I had been using it for a long time & suddenly it caused irritation- these things happen to skin.I changed to this one & I really like it. No irritation at all & it is very hydrating & calming.

Great eye cream

You only need a very small amount of this product and place it under your eye on the orbit (bone of your eye) and/or under your eyebrow pat it in place with your finger - it really helps with crepey/wrinkly looking skin around the eye area.If you are applying makeup/concealer leave a few minutes before applying to allow the product to be absorbed.I also use it on and around my lips as a moisturiser or as a treatment.This cream really does work - secret is do not apply too much!

Haven’t noticed any changes

Maybe it takes months of using this to notice any results but so far I’ve been using it almost daily for a month with no change to my eye area. The product felt a bit grainy going on as well, which I wasn’t a fan of. On the plus side I like the smell of it and it didn’t irritate my skin.I’ve liked other Dermalogica products so I’m a bit disappointed, but I guess there’s not much a cream can do if you’ve already developed wrinkles!

It certainly firms and minimises lines.This product is sensational for use around the eye area. It not only provides hydration but truly minimises fine lines/wrinkles around the eye area.The cream has such a smooth or silky feel and is quickly absorbed. I have been using this product for such a long time and it has become so much part of my routine. I am 51 and have minimal fine lines around my eyes due to this product. It is fantastic for use under makeup as well to cover up lines and wrinkles. This product is definitely most highly recommended.

My OG Eye Cream

I've been using this eye cream for a decade. It's so nourishing, hydrating and soft in texture. I've been enticed to try others but they always come up short and I end up returning to this. It's a staple in my skincare and something I will gladly invest in because it works, feels good and keeps that ultra-sensitive skin around your eyes feeling supported. I couldn't recommend this eye cream enough. A little goes a long way with it, even though I have a tendency to lather it on, especially on days I don't wear eye makeup.

Rich and soothing

I use mostly products from Dermalogica and after what seems like a lifetime of trying eye creams, this the only one I will ever use . No burning or irritation, ever. I am not looking for “ miracles”. I don’t believe this removes dark circles, bags or wrinkles. What it does do is moisturize the under eye area extremely well, and prevent further damage to that delicate area. Their products are excellent.
