I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! Affordable and EFFECTIVE

I have struggled with dark spots and hyperpigmentation for years and while some products have helped slightly there has never been a drastic difference in my skin. I decided to gamble on this product as there are no reviews to go off of and I’m glad I did. I have combo/sensitive skin and after using this product ONCE I noticed I huge difference in my skin. The dark spots have become significantly lighter and some spots appear to be almost gone. I have used patches and other products religiously for months and have never seen results like this which says a lot about the product. It feels light on the skin and is sensitive skin friendly as I didn’t feel any tingling or irritation after application. I highly recommend.

HOLY GRAIL for new breakouts

So I will start by saying I haven't seen an improvement in my old acne scars using this products BUT when I get new pimples and apply this directly to them (once popped or going into the soar that leaves the hyperpigmentation) stage I no longer get black marks! Its crazy! It turns into a scab and peels off and its back to my normal skin color. Thank you for this product as it is much appreciated and a keepsake for NEW ACNE! Now if I can just find something to clear old blemishes, life would be great :)

My scars are gone!

I am very pale, so acne ALWAYS leaves pink scars. Not anymore! I will continue to use this forever, as the pink dots are finally gone!I was recently gifted a tube of Post Breakout Fix from Clear Start by Dermalogica in exchange for my honest review, and I don't know how I ever lived without it. I am extremely fair completed, and scar easily from acne, so I have small pink dots everywhere after a Breakout.After only 2 days of use, my scars are noticeably lighter, fading into the surrounding skin. The skin in much softer as well.I am extremely happy with my results.

This is innovation

This product is an absolute game changer. So many brands have launched products that are supposed to treat breakouts when they happen. I’ve tried them all, some good and some bad. Regardless of how those have worked I still find myself picking my face. It’s so awesome to finally have a treatment I can use to help repair the damage that I have done! The texture is similar to a moisturizer. It’s not too thick but it’s not runny like a serum would be. It feels soothing on my spots. I am hoping to achieve results within the next few weeks and maybe see my spots fade. So far so good. It definitely adds an instant soothing effect and helps to calm the redness.
