This cream is our go to when our kids have severe nappy rash, it works quickly and is gentle on their bottoms. Does have a smell to it but when your toddler is in pain sitting down because of nappy rash who cares, it works unlike a lot of the others.

Have used this for a while now on my daughter with special needs and in nappies. It’s nice and thick and provides great protection to her skin but you don’t need to use heaps. Squeezes easily out of the tube which I’ve found a bit difficult with other brands. I highly recommend.

I have been using Desitin for over 4 years with my children and it’s the only nappy cream that I use. Works great as a barrier and also if child does get nappy rash it works quickly. The ointment is thick and can get a little messy if it gets onto clothing etc but I wouldn’t use anything but Desitin.
Have tried various creams for nappy rash (sudocrem, bepanthen, curash, moogoo etc), definitely prefer this - consistency is similar to bepanthen but has the zinc component. Tube is also less mess than tub.It does have a strange smell though.

This is the thickest and most effective nappy rash cream. Unlike other brands, you can spread it on wet skin and it will stick. Best protection and works very quickly to heal the skin
This new cream doesnt smell as fishy like the old one did. Not sure why but the cod lover smell made his nappy rash disappear completely. Now their is still residue even when wearing night time nappy. the formula has obviously changed and not as effective.
Hands down the best nappy rash cream there is i used this 6 years ago for my first child and i repurchased it for my second child. Its miracle cream put it on one day gone the next. If the rash is bad itll take 2 or 3 days but definitely worth buying its even amazing on chaffing.
