Our stamp was used sparingly in a small office, always left with the plastic cap on, yet the ink payoff for this stamp is poor. Stamp imprint itself is quite clear, but very faded despite only light use by 1 person. Refill ink is available, but is an added expense that should not be required after such limited use.Also not a fan of the construction of the stamp, as it feels cheap and fingers catch in the side grooves, and the plastic cap can only be put on one way, which adds to the irritation with use.
