As I have hard wood floors at home, as I was purchasing my Desky standing desk, I knew I needed something like this. However when it came in, it was larger than I expected, which was great. It's also the perfect balance of a firm but comfortable density. I've stood on this for a few hours at a time and never had sore feet. Really glad I picked this up earlier rather than later! The ball included is certainly not a gimmick and I find myself playing with it during meetings frequently, thats when my cats haven't stolen it!

The mat is not resilient enough and compresses flat after only a few short minutes of standing. Little rubber ball is a great addition though and provides an excellent massage to relieve foot cramps.

I stand a lot at my desk and have been complaining of sore feet for far too long. Not sure what took me so long to get this mat, it is incredible! Makes working soooo much more comfier, and I love the myofascial ball to it keep my feet nice and limber and good for trigger pointing. Spend the money, it’s worth every cent.

Great product, material bounces back well, doesn't get squished over time but not too hard. Awesome for staying as active as possible while working an office job.
This is even better than the desk- if that is possible!Looove the mat- perfect for my plantar fasciitis as I can do my work and my physio at the same time. Very relaxing and stimulating at the same time.Even without the ball the mat is awesome. Firm enough to be supportive and soft enough to be gentle on the joints while standing up.
This mat seems to be of good quality. It really eases the pressure on my sore quads from standing a lot. I also need to improve at using the ball, but it all works as intended. Would recommend.
The mat would fit better under the wider desk, did not fit well under my small sit stand desk.It is fun to massage sole of foot while working. It can also be used under yoga mat for extra support.
I stand a lot at my desk and have been complaining of sore feet for far too long, wish I had of purchased this product a year ago! I espically love the groove for the myofascial ball. As a big fan of keeping your foundations in tip top shape I no longer loose the ball while filling my feet out. So good! WFH has become so much comfier I’ll never need to step foot in the office again - my boss is going to hate me.
This mat is perfect for my standing chair. I am comfortable standing longer now.I always have my shoes off so I can massage my feet.The only thing that could be better is the mat to have a stopper for the ball; I'm always losing the ball in the office.
Great design, ball is a brilliant idea and I found myself using it immediately. This also helps avoid getting caught putting weight on a single hipAlas, the cushioning wasn't thick enough to be adequate relief for me while in socks - was helpful with light shoes on but that kind of defeats the purpose of the ballYour mileage may vary, or my feet may adapt.But am using this in a room with carpet over softwood so would prefer more comfort than this
