It took a long time for the item to be in stock. Which is understandable. However, when I got it, one part was missing thread for the screw. So it wouldn’t screw in. And even when I told them about it, I sent them photos but they wanted a video. Either way I wasn’t going to send it back because I had waited for so long. But also the quality is not the best. I have their desk as well, no complaints there but this keyboard tray is pretty average quality.

Bought this only a few months after buying desk. Should have bought with as the pull out tray helps me sit right back in chair. If you care about ergonomic, add this to your desk purchase.

It’s easy to assemble and very sturdy. I had trouble using the height adjustment and stopping the tray at a position instead of full lock position but thats not a major issue . Overall well built and does the job.
