I ate all kinds of junk. Your hair and skin will not be affected from a vegan diet if you watch what you eat. But I didn't. So these pills were a lifesaver! Yes, there is a weird smell. Yes, the pills are huge. But you gotta lose some to gain some! I don't know why there are so many complains about the smell and size instead of the effectiveness. My hair has stopped falling, and started growing longer and thicker. I don't know about my skin and nails though. I don't see much difference in them. But I am not worried about that. I love this supplement, it has a great list of ingredients besides the main component biotin, including some iron, zinc and vitamin c as well as herbs like horsetail. All very beneficial when used together. I have very long hair and I take these supplements to protect my hair as I live in the tropics in an area with poor water quality. The size of the capsules is a bit large but manageable

Yay for vegan supplements! Sometimes with other beauty supplements I tend not to notice much change but surprisingly when I last used these I noticed most growth in my eyelashes. It’s a nice addition to my regular multivitamin with all the other vitamins this one provides atop the biotin etc. I do feel more well overall when I take these hair growth aside (that is on top of eating a balanced diet and sleeping!) Nice brand with affordable supplements. I repurchase it whenever I can!
