Water cooler received in good, undamaged condition, within reasonable short delivery time. I've now had this water cooler in operation for a few weeks and since initial operation there has been an odour and taste in the water similar to burnt or overheated plastic. I have been treating the water with various purification methods in an attempt to eliminate the problem. It appears to be having the desired effect and appears to be dissipating. There is nothing to indicate that the compressor is the cause of odour. Bill R.

Coooler didn’t work when it showed up a month after ordering, it was placed at my door upside down and opened. Cooler wasent working because of a wire hanging out that should have been soldered

The chiller only chills enough water for a large glass. You cannot fill a standard thermos bottle which is a little disappointing,
