Great to have ice on hand always. We did find that putting cold water (from fridge) instead of straight out of the tap works better. The first time we used straight from the tap the cubes were small & melting in the container. We like our ice maker & it saves money because we pay $5.00 per bag. Happy 😊

BEST ICE MAKER EVER

Im so impressed with this machine , I was looking back in my purchases looking for something else I had bought and I saw this and realised I have had it now for 2 years. The ice maker has run not stop for all this time and never had an issue. It makes a lot of ice and just keeps producing it when you want it. The machine uses next to nothing in electricity. Very impressed.

Compact Ice Cube Maker

I bought this Ice Cube Maker as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she is very happy with it. I ordered it on the 18th of December on line and received it the first delivery day after Christmas. Normally I would expect it before then but appreciate there would have been a real backload of deliveries at that time of the year. My daughter didn' mind!

Could be better

The machine seems larger than perhaps it has to be and the control panel seems undersized for the scale. While it operates as it should, it does seem slower than the marketing material suggests and also quite noisy. It also seems to leave quite a lot of water behind unused which then needs to be drained out through the tiny drain hole with parts that could too easily be lost (which would render the machine unusable).Yes, it makes ice, but one wonders if the output vs. size/noise/power consumption couldn't be improved. Perhaps the smaller models may be better for domestic use. The claimed output speed for those is the same as for this.This model is perhaps too large for domestic use but has too small an output for bar / commercial use.

Devanti Ive machine

This is an awesome product. It sits nicely in the corner on our kitchen bench, and it has a clean modern look in a stainless steel finish. It takes a bit longer to make a full basket of ice than indicated. But never the less it does the job nicely. Everyone in our family loves ice with their drinks, and we always never had enough with just using ice cube trays in our fridge freezer. This has also now given us more space in our freezer for other stuff rather than half a dozen ice trays.

Great Unit

Needed to spend a bit of time to understand on-off cycle, but works great. There was the odd time when I thought it was off but I heard the clinking of ice blocks being created 10-15mins later. No more rush trips to the servo for bags of ice!

Great ice maker very quit takes up a bit of space but very happy buy the bigger model of 3.2 litre water tank as it seems to use up water in tank fast. Having big capacity tank at least don't have to keep filling to often. Will design plastic draining tube to empty water tank more easily otherwise have to carry to sink. This model ideal for bigger families or regular entertainers , come on summer. Awesome efficient product with 18 months warranty easy product registration scan bar code all done.

Perfect

Very heavy, sturdy machine. Takes a few 8 to 10 minute cycles to really get going. Once the water tank has some ice melt down into it it really gets going. A few hours does enough ice we had to bag it up and freeze it, couldn't consume it quick enough with a few of us drinking. For maximum ice output place it in the coolest part of your house.

not bad for a small machine

The ice machine seems to work well. One of the issues is that it does not have finger slots to open the lid to access the ice. Overall the machine seems to be fine. The basket and scoop seem a bit flimsy. Worth the money although summer will tell if the machine can keep up with the amount required.

twice bitten... look somewhere else.

This is the second time I bought the same machine. They last for about 12 months and then stop working. Ive done everything right, but have found the problems the same with both machines. I can hear the engine running, however the pump stops pumping water. Both machines had a cracked ice container...
