Very happy with benchtop oven/grill/rotisserie. Easy to use controls, ample room inside for big roasts & cooks toast to perfection. I have been very happy with the way it cooks everything. Have not used big oven since I have had it. Definitely recommend it great value for money.

Only used a couple of times. Chicken cooked well. Cake was baked to perfection. So far so good.
I would like to put forward a formal complaint that my purchase arrived damaged from INSIDE the box. So it was sold as a KNOWN damaged item and not due to shipping. The two stove elements are now leaning inwards towards each other and the dent is large enough to have caved in the oven on the inside at the top. I don’t have another cooking option to use and so I’ve asked for a replacement but have been offered either $50 refund for the ‘inconvenience’ or to return the unit until a decision will be made as to what to do. I have been given no shipping details or any time frame to work with. This is appalling customer service and there is such little care that I felt it was important to note this on the website. love this convection oven. but the black tray inside has bent (no idea how) and is hard to put inn everytime I want to use it. if I can get a replacement tray that would be great
Pro’s: good value, cooks well, great size. Con’s: temperature control has limited markings, only one shelf, outer shell becomes quite hot when baking. Overall good value for money despite thin steel construction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a basic, low budget oven.
I purchased this product for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. I have been using the same product for a few years and have found it to be really good and it looks very smart.
Pretty happy with this product so far. Has a high heat and lots of space for wider food and making reasonably larger quantities than similar products on the market.
I have been using it from the first min it come in to bake my brioche and it was a great success . I have been able to let the dough to rise in the temperature of the light only and I was super happy .
