Excellent purchase! I bought it to help me with my kitchen cabinet install. It is easy to use. I already had a camera tripod that easily connected together with the tool. A level is helpful but this tool made installation so much easier. Every base cabinet including the large island is spot on level. The battery lasted the entire time without recharging. I would buy it agian!

This Cross-Line Laser is so far excellent. I find it extremely helpful when installing doors, windows, flooring and kitchen cabinets. Expensive but worth it. Would recommend for contractors as the ease of use and accurate leveling

Bright and accurate!

Bought this one instead of the milwaukee one,This one was a better price with a couple different options milwaukee didn't have. I like the adjustable knob to get it to where you want it. Glade I choose this one. Very accurate and bright didn't have any trouble reading out the line about 30'.

Bright and easy to set up

So this thing is great. The green laser is so bright and works in bright rooms no problem. It is very easy to select which plane you want to use and to adjust as needed. This is so useful in a variety of projects. It has multiple options to attach it to a variety of different items. The magnets on the mount are crazy strong! I’m really looking forward to using this when I install tile backsplash in the kitchen. I do wish it came with a tripod, but it worked just fine on my small tripod. It comes with 2 different tripod mounting screws. The battery lasts for quite a long time too

I work in construction and have found many uses for this laser so far. There has been a couple times where I’ve been looking for a solution and realized I could figure it out with the laser. The accuracy of my projects have improved as well.The adjustment knob is a game changer. The knob makes finding my mark a lot easier and faster which makes the time to complete projects a lot shorter.It is very bright. I can easily see the line when I used it in a building with a 40’ ceiling with sun light shining in.There are a couple cons but they don’t take away from the 5 stars. sometimes I wish the line wasn’t so thick. I’d guess it’s about 1/8-3/16” thick. Also, the case it comes in is massive.The last thing is the battery. The rechargeable battery is perfect. I bought this which what I thought was a little...

I bought this which what I thought was a little bit more than I needed but I didn’t have to buy another one with different functions later on. I am glad I did. I have used it for so much more than I thought. I read some reviews that it was not calibrated, but mine was. I double checked it wih an 8ft level it is right on. It was expensive but a great buy.

One game changing feature w/ one draw back

Used the previous model a lot, 12v. Went to purchase it actually when I found this 20v model and purchased for the convenience of using my 20v battery selection with it. LOVE it because of the turning dial. Not more tapping left then back right. The turning dial is a GREAT feature, hit the mark much faster. Only draw back I would say it is considerably larger then the 12v. Doesn’t bother me too much, when I’m using the laser I’m generally ONLY using the laser and a tape or chalk line, but worth noting. All and all, for 50 bucks more it’s definitely worth it. Very pleased with it.I will add too though, add a dial to adjust up and down slightly and she’s that much better!

Operated GREAT a few times then it simply wouldn’t work. Wasn’t dropped, fully charged, the battery just wouldn’t supply power anymore. No matter how many different batteries I tried.

Out of calibration right out of the box

As the manual suggested, I checked the accuracy before using it for the first time. Mine arrived out of calibration on one vertical laser. One side is exactly at the allowable error (technically okay) and the other is off by twice the allowable error. The horizontal laser is in spec, but right on the edge of acceptable. I don't have time to ship it to a repair center, so I'll have to see if any local stores have one to exchange (the two options I was given). Not hopeful, since this one had to be shipped to the store for me. I expected more from something that cost this much.
