Very compact, feels better balanced. The top hook is great. It has a lot of speed, the direction switch is comfortable. It works perfect with the dcf6202 + powerstack = killer combo. 10/5 points

Awesome screw gun to cut the cord.

The gun is really nice to use, somewhat lightweight. We use the 2.0 Ah batteries to keep the weight down and power up. The clutch is sensitive with adjustment. I prefer my old guns clutch with the cord from Porter Cable. But the versatility of this being clipped to your pocket is fantastic. I think we had a constant run on time per sheet with ability to install 30 sheets before the battery died? I think that is pretty good. Again no cord to drag around. We will be replacing all of our corded guns with these.

Diverse drywall screw gun

I actually bought this tool to match it to my collated screws adapter. This screw gun works in tandem with the adapter anr does a great job at installing drywall at a faster pace. Make sure of buying the correct screws and adapter if buying(recommended) both.

Finally no cord

This was a great purchase. We have the corded Dewalt drywall screw gun and have used it for years and its a great tool. However I keep the drill in my pouch while working and it has always been a hassle to drag a cord around with it constantly pulling at my pouch while I'm working both overhead and on walls. The DCF620 has eliminated that issue for me. The locking head/ tip is a great feature that makes it easy to remove it and not feel like your breaking the tool (unlike the corded versions). The depth adjustment works great and stays put. The tool is light, well balanced, and seems to have enough power. The clip can be mounted on the left or right which is great too. We've only used it on one job so far but I have high expectations that it will meet our needs.

Garbage

Dewalt quality went down significantly. This drywall drill does not have same power and efficiency when I compare to the one that I bought 2 years ago. This one is garbage, I use 15 minutes and then throwed it to the garbage.

Great Tool Good Price

Moved from the corded version to the battery. All the features and excellent handling of the plug-in with the convenience of battery. No noticeable difference in power. Bit heavier with the battery but not much using the 2ah battery. Good run time and fast charge. Can't speak to tool life but DeWalt screw guns have been nearly indestructible. Combined with a good price makes a winner.

Great drywall gun

Great drywall gun for the money. Thought I would get away with just using my dewalt impact gun but this new drywall gun makes like easier. High rotation speed for better control during screw application.

Great tool

I purchased last month to use it install 25 sheets of drywall with the 2Amp batt. One charged should done the job which I'm very impressed. The nice feature is cordless, I can move around without worry the cord hanging, tangling, it run smooth and less noise than I thought compare to corded screw gun. I don't know if it durable for daily use for those pro drywall hanger (I'm a handyman). But with the 12 feet tall wall hanging you bet this tool comes to very handy. I would highly recommend add this tool to your tool box.

This is one of those tools that makes you think "why did I get just now??? should've got it long time ago.

If you're hanging one sheet, you'll be fine with whatever you're using now, but if you're gutting your basement and putting up all new drywall - this is a worthy tool. Zaps screws in to the preset depth very quickly; quiet - the clutch simply disengages from the bit, no ratcheting as with the impact driver. A bit trickier when it hits something hard though, you'll need to readjust grip and applied force, but this is a minute drawback.

Works well once adjusted to your needs

Purchased this just for a job to see how effective it can be. I was impressed at how well it works. Quiet operation with no marring on the drywall. Very consistent depth with each screw it shot in the drywall. Compared to another brand the only feature missing is the auto trigger. Which would have won this unit 1 more star.
