This saw worked well for a tight space. It’s flexible and was able to do the job where a larger saw wasn’t possible. The hand grip was good too. Bought it on a whim looking for another type and it was worth the buy. Well packaged and quality seems good so far. Would recommend it.

The blade falls off when cutting since the screw isn't the correct size on the blade's hole. I am not sure if this is a fluke or if the design flaws. I will be returning it.

The tool was easy to assemble and felt natural in my hand. It was fun to use and very accurate to make cuts with little effort. I have used it several times and it is still as sharp and new.

Overall I did not find the saw particularly sharp. I think it would work ok for small pieces/trim work. But cutting larger pieces was very time consuming. It did produce a reasonably clean cut.
This is actually my second one. It cuts very quickly and precisely, so it is a great saw for carpentry. It stays sharp pretty long, although I have noticed I’ve lost some teeth over the two years I have used it. (Therefore the replacement.) This is not like a fine Japanese pullsaw, it’s more of a carpenter’s saw— great for quickly cutting precise notches out of two by fours, for example, versus a fine dovetail. I like the quickly detachable handle which allows me to store it in a standard toolbox.
This saw is literally the dullest saw I have ever seen or used including handsaws that have actually been used and are in need of resharpening. Out of the package the saw was dull to the point that when I ran my finger over the teeth I thought there was some kind of coating on the saw that would wear off until I examined it and noticed that the teeth are actually rounded. Totally unacceptable quality for any product, disgusted that any manufacturer that could create such a substandard product.
Home Depot got this one wrong. The package says "Single Edge Pull Saw." Dewalt does not claim this saw is "Flush Cut." This is a nice saw and works great. I had an Irwin pull saw that I sawed through a post that had a hole in it containing rocks that ruined a lot of teeth. I wanted to replace the Irwin, but HD evidently quit carrying the Irwin. This one works equally well with the same tooth pitch but a more comfortable handle. Works good on hard or soft wood.
I used this saw to make my own pocket hole plugs using 3/8 " dowels. the saw is really sharp and leaves the cut plugs smooth. It's only one sided, so you will get the finer tooth blade, sobiys works good for this project. This would also work great when cutting molding. the blade does bend like you would want it too, and feels solid. the blade is also very easy to take out and/or change of needed. All on all, probably not the best pull saw out there, but works well for the price.
The only hand saw that I will go for because I know how fast and easy it is to use. By the time I get out a power tool I easily could have my cut made with this little gem. I highly recommend in any toolbox and the great thing about it is that it will fit in your toolbox because it breaks down. For the price you absolutely can’t go wrong.
I bought this to replace the Irwin saw I've used for years. I mean it's a saw so who cares who makes it right? wrong. this thing is bad, I mean it barely cuts. hard to keep steady, so the cut, through 1/4 oak, was rough and crooked. It's so bad I'm just throwing it away. really really bad.
