This is my 2nd chop saw . I had to replace the last one due to wear. the telescopic arm had too much play when fully extended and the cost to replace the arm was over 400.00 I sold my previous machine and still got 350.00 so i just lost about 200.00 Not bad for 3 years site work. I have made my own extended fence and support s quite easy to fit on the left and right of the machine . This machine works far better on the saw stand but you will have to constantly check the saw blade is square and inline as you cannot rely on the swivel table readings as I found out.
Great tool
Surprisingly powerful for a cordless mitre saw. Battery life is good and nice accurate cuts. Well done Dewalt.
