Just popped the batteries in (would have preferred rechargeable ones), switched on and it worked a treat with my Dewalt green line laser. Only tried it out inside but it makes marking out so much easier with the centre line on the casing. How did I manage without it?

easy-to-use Line Laser Detector compatible with DW088K and DW089K Line lasers. Has a backlit LCD screen with a selectable narrow and wide accuracy settings.
I bought this to use with my DW088CG cross line green laser level in order to extend its range. Outdoors the lines could only be seen for about 3m with the naked eye (or maybe a bit further at dusk). With the detector I was able to set the grade for my drive up to 52m at which point I ran out of drive! Does exactly what you'd expect, very well.
It doesn't work as describedSays outdoor and 50m but in day light it's absolutely useless I can see my laser much more far when this receiver can react
Works well, make sure your laser code is compatible with the laser, they won’t work for any..it’s well made.
