I love the durability and quality of this knife. It fits well in your hand and is dishwasher safe. It opens oyster shells easily without cutting yourself. This is an excellent product for any kitchen.

Beginner Oyster Shucking

I needed a basic knife to shuck oysters for Xmas dinner. There were 5 dozen of them and this knife worked perfectly—no blisters in the palm of my hand, big enough handle to get a decent grip, and it felt solid.I am very pleased with this purchase, and the delivery time was 2 days, quite an achievement, being 2 days before Xmas Day.
