This drill is terrible. You have no control over the speed it moves through the wood you are drilling and doesn't clear the chips like it says (even in a drill press). I bought this drill expecting good quality being made by Dianlo, I wish I had bought any other brand as this drill bit is useless. I ended up using an old really cheap spade bit it had out of one of those kits with 100 different tool bits and it did a much better job
