Ordered these replacement batteries for my 93 year old mothers power chair. They are great and have solved the issues she was having with her chair. However there was no paperwork at all with them, nothing to say how they often they should be charged, more importantly what not to do, like do not put on short charges as it can damage the battery cells and reduce the battery life. Clear, simple, easy to read instruction on how to care for them should be included.

when I replaced these I gently pushed the middle connector between the batteries which acts as the sponge spacer that doesn?t come with these and also allows you to tighten the box back up fully on the screws but it?s quiet a simple straight forward like for like swap.
