So got a 3x and it was big on me. My original work scrubs are 2x and they fit nice. One thing that bother me about the new scrubs are the arms. They actually put sleeves on verses cutting the entire piece with the sleeves so the attached sleeve hits at a weird place. The logo on one of my scrubs was actually stitched upside-down. Seeing that kind of made me want to send it back (Bit of OCD) was trying to kick in. But other than that good product softer than most. May buy again.

The size guide for a small says that the waist is 27-28 inches. I ordered a small and I measured the shirt when it arrived and the waist is literally 42 inches. A shirt with a 42 inch waist is usually an XL.

The top did not fit, it was so big. I have purchased this brand and size several times before and it never fit like this. And in order to return it I only get $8.99 out of the $20 plus tax I paid for the top itself. Why does it have to go back Fed Ex. Regular mail should be good enough. Not worth the risk. Will not order online again.
Pros:-Very durable material-Washes nicely-Hasn't faded (yet)-> washed in cold water-Pockets actually fit pens. (some women's scrub "pen pocket" are super shallow)Cons:-Weird boxy fit. (not as long as my other scrubs of the same size/brand)-Very little/no stretch especially in the chest and shoulders. Every time you lift your hands/ arms above your head, you have to adjust the scrub top to allow you to do so.It'll do, the cons aren't worth returning the product. It's definitely the scrub top that I wear when all of my other one's are dirty.I also have the EDS pants and have the same problem. The material doesn't stretch at all. My advice, skip the EDS collection.
These scrubs were perfect. I love the original Dickies scrubs. They were true to size and fit as I expected them too. I'm 5'5" and weigh 200lbs. They also arrived quickly. They were shipped the morning after the night I ordered them. Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase.
I purchased this top and pant based on V-neck design, additional pockets, price and longer 27 inch length top. I wear a medium and found this top to be somehow odd fitting in the arms and an unflattering boxy fit through the waist. The material was AWFUL - stiff to the point of feeling scratchy and wrinkled terribly. I wore this scrub set for ONE shift, came home and threw them in the garbage! Will never stray from WonderWinks again.

I am 5'5" with broader shoulders, small chest, and small waist. I usually wear a size small-medium in women's shirts and a size small in unisex shirts. But I had to get XS for this scrub top. The sleeves have an odd slant to them, so I feel like I cannot properly lift my arms above my head without the whole shirt moving up, too. So if you are worried about the shirt riding up, I would suggest a bigger size. Perhaps, the shirt wouldn't ride up as much if I just got a size small. I bought the pants in an extra small and got the top in extra small also. The extra small top was huge!!!! So now I’m stuck with scrub pants and no top to go with it! I’ll have to return the top. Why is the extra small scrub top so gigantic?!It’s too bad because I like the color and material..
Very heavy material, totally wrinkled after taking from dryer, requires ironing, not what I expected or wanted. My other older Dickies uniform is lightweight material no ironing required after drying. I do not recommend this top and corresponding pants.
