Size way off. I have two other styles of Dickies shirts and these are a lot smaller. Too small in fact. Dickies used to be my go-to for clothing but I see uniformity is lacking these days. As I write this there is a note under the review area that says "Quality insights are 2-3 sentences long."Heres's one for ya Dickies. " A quality clothing line should have standardized sizing."

I used to buy these when Walmart had them in the stores and loved them. I wish they still carried them in stores. My review is mostly to point out my perceptions of how these differ from what I bought when Walmart carried them in the store. This was my first time buying them online. These aren't terrible but don't fit the same. The difference is mainly in the fit but there are a couple other differences.Fit: After opening the package, I laid my older ones on top of the new one. Pre washing, the new one was a bit longer but quite a bit wider. The ones I purchased before in the store fit narrower.Post Washing: The new one from online was still quite a bit wider but shrank some in length and was about the same length as the older one, maybe a tiny bit shorter but not ... MoreI used to buy these when Walmart had them in the stores and loved them. I ordered the Burgundy and the Hunter Green this time.Pocket: The pocket is a little different. The ones bought when they were in store had a single pocket. These have a partitioned pocket. One narrow part that seems to be good for a pen or pencil. It's nice either way but some may prefer it one way or the other.Logo: The ones in the store were sewn on the sleeve, which I did prefer. However, the logo on these is sewn on the pocket. This is how they are pictured online so this wasn't a surprise.Sleeves: Post wash the sleeve are a bit shorter than the other ones I had bought when Walmart had them in store.Material: The weight is nice. Seems well made.Overall it isn't a terrible shirt. My main negative is the fit which is more of a personal preference. Some may prefer the wider fitting shirt, but I do not. Also, I prefer the logo on the sleeve, not on the pocket.

Perfect shirt for work and everyday. Honestly dickies knows what’s up by keeping the tail of the shirts slightly longer than other brands, think everyone I work with has a dickies shirt for that reason caus when you working all day you gotta have your crack covered and just looks better to have it not look so small like a kids shirts. Thanks for doing the 50/50 blend, so many companies don’t do that and i don’t know why, it doesn’t shrink and just feels better. This shirt alone and how they listen to customers is why they are better than cathartic for work wear and everyday.

Have purchased t-shirts from Dickies for years now, beginning about 8 years ago when I tried their heavyweight T's they were just that, a good heavyweight cotton t-shirt. the next year I bought a few more, again, I was sold on the heavy durability of them. So I bought some more and had my company logo printed on them. With the second and subsequent t-shirt orders I realized the material wasn't as heavy they'd weren't using as heavy of a material to make the shirts anymore. They still are a good shirt and reasonably durable. However when I weigh them on the scale of Quality and Cost their real value has decreased compared to the fist versions of this shirt that I purchased when the construction materials were approximately 20ish% heavier
The quality of the T-shirt appears to be fine, but the shirt is NOT SIZED PROPERLY. My medium T-shirts are all 17 or 18 inches across, from the top of one shoulder seam to the top of the other shoulder seam. These two shirts that you sent me measure 21 inches from shoulder-seam to shoulder-seam. Way too big! I am very busy these days, but will return them (unworn) sometime later next week.
It is very difficult to find quality cotton t-shirts as recently as just a couple years ago. Very thin, stretchy and hard to find 100 percent cotton. I had been buying Dickies T-Shirts in Wal-Mart for a few years. And liked them very much. My local Wal-Mart has been low on stock for several month, but that is normal in 2020 with all products. I came to Dickies website and ordered several. While I do think Dickies still makes better cotton t-shirts than most any other brand, the new ones I just received seemed to not be as high a grade of cotton, a little thinner and stretchier to the touch like a polyester or blend would do. A nice 100 percent pure cotton t-shirt should not be "stretchy". I was able to get a few t-shirts at my local Walmart. The Walmart 100 percent cotton shirts tended to be a little better quality, heavier grade and better cotton feel. I do not know why that would be.
Bit stiff. Think 50/50 poly and cotton would be softer and stretch a little. Used to buy dickies shirts from walmart but they quit carrying them so tried website. Cant seem to get the same shirt. Even the 100 cotton was stiff. Majes them a little uncomfortable. But is a Hd shirt. Trying to soften them up.
It's very difficult to find a 50/50 poly/cotton blend men's t shirt right now, especially for a big & tall guy. I have no idea why. It took me a while to find them on your site but finally found them called HEATHERED t-shirts. I placed an order and after spending & wasting over a hundred dollars buying so-called "shirts that won't shrink" from numerous stores before I found yours, we finally found a t-shirt that actually fits properly even after washing it. THANK YOU, DICKIES!! We ordered 4 more and will be ordering more when you get more colors in. My teen son (over 6' tall) is super grateful and more confident in himself because his shirts fit perfectly. THANK YOU, DICKIES!!
I’m always anxious when I order clothes online. These t-shirts were perfect, very heavy fabric. They were loose, but not baggy. And, his cell phone fit in the pocket. I washed them in cool water and dried on delicate, and they came out looking great. No ironing necessary not that I iron his t-shirts…I won’t hesitate to order more.
I've bought several of these Ts and I just haven't found a better T that these Dickies shirts. The cut and fit, the extremely durable fabric, the comfort, and they are supple and wash so very nicely. I really like the heavy thickness of the fabric, yet they are cool and comfortable even in warmer weather. You can wear them year-round. I've bought several of them and they all are of consistent quality. FOTL and Hanes have nothing on these shirts. And the price of them is such an awesome value. Why anyone would buy anything else after owning at least one of these is beyond me. And being able to have that Dickies quality name that has been around for generations makes these T's that much more appealing. If I were any of you reading this I wouldn't buy anything else ... MoreI've bought several of these Ts and I just haven't found a better T that these Dickies shirts. I had never paid much attention to the details and quality of a T-shirt before I bought my first two Dickies T's. Then after wearing these for the first time I was hooked. I noticed all of the high quality details of them and the comfort and I just had to get more. I couldn't be more pleased with them. I'll never buy any other brand. I would recommend these to anyone.
