I tried Flex relaxed fit shirt as a skeptic, it would be just ok enough to get me by until I find something better.. I finally found the something better! This shirt fits so great in the chest and shoulders that I donât have to order 1 or 2 sizes bigger to get a good fit for the chest and arms,but be way too roomy around the waist. I am barrel chested and have broad shoulders, but I donât need to fit for a large waistline. I bought long sleeve and short sleeved, the long sleeves even fit well for longer arms, and the short sleeves fall at the arm bend. Great short sleeve all around work shirt. Fits nice, made well, simple button down 2 pocket design.The only downside is in very hot weather, for me it just gets soaked in sweat in about an hour. That's working outdoors in sun in Florida landscaping.I will still get plenty of use from it though when temps get into the low 80°s and less.I ordered a temp IQ to see if it will fare any better since I like the shirt overall.One more thing after trimming a yard and cleaning up the shirt picked up some dark stains that won't wash out easily, I tried some things and still there. This is a durable work shirt! Now it is a bit expensive to me. but really the price is nice for the build quality. I got two of em from walmart.com because they kept running out in my store before I could get my size 3x. I was expecting the shirts to arrive for at least 4 or 5 days, but they cane in two! And the Most High Knows I needed them.The shirts fit right not too snug or too lose. they will get a little warm if you work in places that have no ac or is hot, that is because of the good materiel build of the shirt.I also like that the shirt is stylish. you could use as part of your casual wear. When I get some more money I will buy a couple more so I can rotate them.
These are still made rugged and durable. I've been wearing these shirts since 1993, both long and short sleeve. They last a good long time and since you can't see the logo, when tucked in, you can even use them for a night out on the town with your favorite significant other. Good sport casual shirt and most definitely a great work shirt. Chest pockets can hold quite a bit, too include a fat wallet and a not to tall phone, very securely because of the flap style closure.
The flex fit shirts are my personal favorite. They have the most comfortable fit and are lighter than the other Dickies work shirt styles. My only complaint is the price, I wish they didn't cost so much.
July 2012, two shirts were added to my husband's wardrobe as he began working for Walmart. He's retired but to this date they are his favorite shirts! Only problem is that after twelve years of being worn regularly, some of the fabric was showing its age and worn out. So for Father's Day, a new crisp shirt was a great gift for this retired man who still loves to wear his "Walmart uniform shirts" because they are comfy, wash up great, feel great, look great and his laundry lady loves them too!
Only slim fit mechanic shirt I could find. Iâm a 38 reg and the medium fit fairly well, slightly roomy but the small would have been too small. I bought one in charcoal and wore it for a week before deciding to buy three more (two in dark blue). The shirts shed water and dirt well, stay tucked in if you want, look professional, and I like the little pencil hole in the left pocket so the flap can stay down. So far I think these can handle some abuse.
Durable and stain-resistant for automotive work. Loose fitting and ventilates well, long enough to tuck but short enough to not look oversized when untucked. I do wish the chest pocket buttons were snaps, as they are tricky to button with work gloves on.
