Excellent oil-free electric radiator. A life-saver as our boiler has packed up and the weather is very cold. It's sturdy, looks ok, and does a great job in our very cold bedroom. Easy to use and reasonably economical to run. A three year guarantee is very reassuring, as numerous previous cheap and not-so-cheerful halogen heaters have often packed up within a year.

Heater seems to work well. 3 heat settings useful and warms up relatively quickly. Useful to have convected AND radiant heat. Wheel fixing wing nuts make fitting straightforward.Only problem is with on-line guarantee form which requires a serial number for the individual appliance and the on-line form filling instructions say the individual number is on the appliance itself. Not so it seems. Gave up after 20mins of searching including taking wheels off again. Where is this serial number for this individual heater?Otherwise pleased.

Bought this appliance to warm up a small room without heating. Does what it says and works fine for short usage. I find that I only have to use half power to warm the room up.I do find that the mains plug gets warm to touch if run on full power. Some notification would be useful in the instructions.

Excellent productThe control knob is difficult to see.It should be on the top making it more visible for elderly people.
I have only turned my little heater on briefly to ensure that it works so far, but I was surprised at the level of heat emitted even on the lowest setting. I think it will be perfect for the odd half an hour on cooler evenings in place of full central heating. It's quite smart to look at too!
The thermostat is a dial unfortunately. You can’t set a specific temperature (eg 19c) and the manual doesn’t provide a dial to temp conversion. I expected a numerical thermostat, so was disappointed.
It works well in a small room, is lightweight and easy to move around. The red light is constantly on and I find Im constantly checking to see if I have left it on because one day I did leave it on all day in an empty house. It doesn't make any noise and radiates a good heat although not for big spaces.
Good Points: Well made and convenient to use and move around. It does exactly what we want - warms a room quickly in a cold house before the central heating takes over (and would presumably help out if the central heating system developed a fault).
This unit is great for heating a bedroom, it is a safe option with no exposed elements. The castors ensure good and easy movement even on carpet. It is stylish, lightweight and offers simple controls with the added advantage of a thermostat. Being oil free it is also environmentally friendly when it comes to disposal at the end of its life. I am happy with this purchase and happy to recommend it.
