Promised a lot on the box and looked decent quality when opened. That not my main issue with the noise however; it’s the high speed metal-on-metal vibration rattle that occurs at all speeds. We’ve narrowed it down to where the two halves of the cage meet. Squeezing the cage together firmly will stop/minimise it, but why should we have to find a solution for it, surely this would be picked up in QC? I can’t imagine taking this back and picking up another unit would be any different, this is a design flaw, not a flaw with this unit itself. I’m thinking of taking out all the screws and removing the front cage to line the join with a thin strip of foam or something similar because the vibration noise is going to send me around the bend.Can’t recommend this product unfortunately for these reasons.
