Everything seems Ok but I have only just started the build. One thing I will say ,the glue is amazing. My husband has just built a dolls house (not Rolife )and the glue took ages to stick.

This was my first 'larger' dollhouse kit and while I absolutely love the final result, I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. This is a more advanced kit that would suit intermediate and advanced dollhouse builders. I was even able to make the lights work here, something I struggled with at times in the past.This is a great kit if you want a more complex project and it's also a good kit to experiment with some kit bashing. Because there's so many plants here, it's a no-brainer to try and make some of your own design, because if you mess up it'll be easy to hide.Some of the stand out pieces for me were the red Cabinet, the small table out front and the large table and chairs inside. I really liked these pieces when finished. Negatives would be the roses. I had an awful time with them and the video wasn't clear enough for me. I ended up following an alternate tutorial.As with other dollhouses, I recommend getting proper glue, reading some advice online and generally just taking time to learn the craft without judging too much, you'll improve over time.Now that it's finished this has turned out to be one of my favourite dollhouses and it looks fantastic (if I do say so myself), but it's definitely not the first kit you want to do!

The light did not work, in spite of checking and following the instructions carefully. The wooden pieces although accurately cut and good to put together had a very poor aesthetically pleasing finish, but I did enjoy doing it. Waiting for the next one!

Seen on tv

I have bought this model kit after seeing them on a tv programme. It is a Christmas present for my granddaughter and as yet has not been opened so I cannot comment on it but going off what I saw on tv I’m hoping it will be appreciated and an enjoyable project.

Wan't worth the time

Very disappointed in this purchase. The directions are vague and confusing. There is no additional descriptions when they lack of specific directions. The pieces required to be cut out are too small. I struggled through the entire process and made my family PROMISE never to give me a project like this for a gift.
