I tried the DJI Goggles Integra Motion Combo with a DJI Mini 3 Pro. I never got used to the motion controller and really wanted to use the Goggles with the DJI RC 2. For me, it wasn't meant to do that. I ended up selling the Goggles Integra Motion Combo and my Mini 3 Pro when the Mini 4 Pro was released. When the DJI Mini 4-compatible Goggles 3 were released, I purchased them from B&H. Well, to say the least, I love the combination of the Mini 4 Pro, RC 2 controller and Goggles 3. The Goggles provide that experience of flying in the Mini 4 Pro and I think it helps make better videos and photos. DJI got it right, for me, this time.
Video quality is great. It's very immersive for what it is.They need to update a few things though.It needs an option to switch to the telephoto lens on the Air 3.They should also allow you to view the RC2 controller at the same time as the Goggles so others can view what the Goggles can do.Finally the range seems about 1-2 bars shorter than the RC2 controller. The Goggles usually start cutting out first.Other than that I enjoy using them and have no regrets.
I like the blue coating and IPD value on OSD. But what the heck, no DJI O3 support yet and no DJI O4 Air Unit release yet. Seems like a shortcoming from DJI upon release.
The DJI Goggles 3 is a great product. Way better than I assumed the goggles would be.
googles 3 works great with mini 4 pro and rc 2 controller. Had an initial problem after updating with latest firmware but every thing worked great after reloading the update. rc 2 controller makes it very smooth for cinematic.....motion 3 is next but prefer rc2 for videos.
the best experience for you to use on your Mini 4 pro and you can still use the glasses with the original mini 4 control
