I did a hover test with the plus battery. Plus battery got 29 mins at 30% battery level. Standard got 20 mins hover time. In my opinion, it's a tad overpriced compared to the standard battery.

I fully recommend going over to B&H. Make a purchase like I just did. It doesn't have to be a big purchase. You'll come to the same conclusion I have. That we've slowly got use to other online outlets customer service going away. No I'm not an employee. Nobody paid me to say this. Just try it. It's easier and you'll find things you with at other outlets. Like this battery I just purchased. There are still people waiting for backorders of this same battery I got over a week ago,. I had to order one because my fly more kit was a month out. The extra battery life has opened up a world of possibilities. Couldn't be happier with the Mini 3 Pro and the Plus batteries. Now if my fly more kit would show up. I'll have close to 3 hrs of air time. Game changer.
The Intelligent Flight Battery Plus gives about 10-12 minutes of additional flying time on the Mini 3 Pro compared to the Intelligent Flight Battery. I was concerned because the battery arrived from B&H showing no charge (i.e. no LED's were lit when the battery was placed in the drone and the button pushed.) However, the battery charged up with no problem and seems to be fine.
Significantly increases flight time. Although it does exceed 250KG with this bigger battery. This means that the FAA requires you to register your drone. It’s a grey area but still; don’t get in trouble or just register the drone with the battery.Also, if you fly a drone you should go and get your recreational flying license; it’s free & takes 15 minutes online. Also if you’re new to flying you might learn some relevant stuff.Oh and this battery is really good for hyper lapses as taking a 15 second clip one can drain a whole battery depending on the settings you’ve enabled. This battery is a must have if you want longer flights. Its added capability for extra flight time. great addition to the Mini 3 Pro. I will add another. Price is the only complaint I have about it
Get about 30 or so mins with this plus battery. Only thing is it’s pretty pricey. Other than that I would recommend this if you want a little more flight time than the standard one.
Very good drone, lightweight & small, good for traveling. Picture quality & battery life are better than previous version. Totally satisfied & enjoying the drone!
